We’ve had 2 units with this company for over 3 years and haven’t had any issues! Recently went down to needing just one unit and the close out process was short and sweet and the manager Sage is super helpful, kind and attentive! Couldn’t recommend this location more!

We suggested Northwest Storage, Clackamas, to my sis when she was starting her drive from Missouri to Oregon. Sage, the manager, was very helpful and the reviews were good. I'm glad we got a storage spot here. Although it's a residential management place, we have connected with Sage only about half the time when we needed her during our rental period. Someone remote tries to assist us, not always successfully, on our phone calls. However, Sage is helpful and gracious when we do meet up and I am still glad we used the Clackamas location of Northwest Storage. ☆☆☆☆ Four Stars Rosemary Marshall

Shopped all around the area for and this place has the best bang for your buck. Got a quick tour and Sage setup our spot immediately. Quick and easy location with a super friendly and awesome crew. Other places have great employees also, but this location just has better pricing compared to the others.

I was very unhappy with my previous storage facility as they continually raised rent for my 10 x 10 unit. They had also permanently closed my easy access door and I had to access my unit from a different floor and down an elevator! My daughter told me about this place and I'm thrilled as it's less than a third of the cost. I moved all my things in the last 2 days and am a very happy customer. Sage made it a very easy process to get set up!

Sage is awesome! She is friendly, professional, incredibly helpful. After signing up for a unit online, she called me promptly and set up a time to check in to my unit. She explained the contract clearly and we finished the rental efficiently and without a hitch!

I recently called here to inquire about a storage space as I'm moving and needed a large unit to secure and place my brand new furniture. I had the pleasure of getting to work with sage. From start to finish sage was absolutely top notch in her customer service. She answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had, worked tirelessly to find a unit that was best for both my budget and furniture. She made the process both easy and personable. I highly recommend this business. Ask to speak to sage for all your storage needs.

I called to inquire about a unit and spoke with a very polite women named Sage. She was very helpful with answering all my questions. But unfortunately due to the prize of the size of unit I needed I had to go elsewhere. Overall the customer service is great just over my budget for that size of unit.

Sage manages and not only is she super professional and very helpful. She is very on top of everything. It's a safe affordable and easy setup I highly recommend and will continue with my monthly storage here. I'll be coming here in the future if I need again as well.

I have been using this location for more than 15 years. I have had many managers come and go but the the manager here (13000 SE Hwy 212, 97015) now, SAGE, has been by far the best I have ever dealt with. Why? My first interaction with her was because of an oversight on my part and she assisted me, got the issue resolved, and made me feel appreciated. A month or so later I called with some questions, again she was right on it with clear and concise feedback and explanations. This is the person to call if you need a storage unit.

I needed a storage unit, and these guys delivered fast and friendly service. After speaking with someone about a reservation, I got a follow-up call from Sage to complete the reservation and answer any questions I might have. I met her in the on-site office and she was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She showed me the unit and got me all set up very quickly. It was great customer service, and I would recommend this place in a second. Thank you!

The employees at the hwy 212 location are fantastic. They are quick to answer questions, very friendly, very helpful & professional. Definitely recommending these guys.

Large moving trucks, or even PUs with long (20+ foot) trailers can be a little bit of a pain to get in and out.

This is an easy location to rent from. I have been there before and even this time the property is always nice and tidy. The lady was friendly and answered all my questions as well as getting the gate code to work finally.

We store out RV at northwest and are very happy with it. Heidi that runs the place is just the sweetest and very helpful. We are so pleased that we plan to rent a traditional indoor unit from them once we take the rv on the road. Facility was nice and management was active on the lot. New managerial staff is great at keeping this fenced storage yard clean and safe. Plenty of other facilities in Portland have a homeless/transient problem! Had units here for work for 7 years, and it has never looked better. Would recommend to anyone. Level access, no stair to contend with. Drive up exterior doors on many units. Just moved to the area did not have a storage but had called a few places. I saw the review on Google so I did not call. We stopped by just to see, and they cut us a deal that the other places we liked by review more could not touch. I. The end we got two spaces and a smoking deal. Now of I can just find a house to move it all into. This is a hidden gem and great customer service. Very happy so far.

Due to my circumstances I had to unfortunately store my tools & personal belongings since I moved here 5 1/2 yrs ago. Not ideal by all means, but the management James & Alicia made it much less painful for me. They were always so friendly & helpful and I will actually miss them.

The onsite management makes this storage facility a rare gem. Great customer service and friendly staff have made every interaction a great experience. Recently, we had a bit of a challenge moving a large item, and James and Alicia, the current management, were extremely helpful with suggestions. I highly recommend storing at this location!

Rates are reasonable, and they offered a discount on rent when someone stored something that caused the whole building to stink.
