I had won a storage auction at the Corvallis location. I found out that that location is suffering from a staffing shortage moment. Even while short-staffed, the folks at Northwest Self Storage were able to get me an appointment at this particular facility. A manager from another property came over and set me up with the units that I had won. Sarah was most helpful (the manager that I worked with for this particular pickup). They were totally ready for me to be there and everything was quick and easy. Now I just need to decide if I should continue buying storage lockers. I drove from Portland to Corvallis for two lockers, and, well... I'm wondering if it was really worth the trip for the items that were in the units. But overall everything was great. Super easy to get in and out and Sarah was very helpful.

Very nice manager and helpful! We only needed a month of storage but accidentally left the lock on and would’ve been charged another month, but they were kind and let us take care of the problem without being double charged! Storage felt very safe too.

My sister and I have been storing my mother's furniture at Northwest Self Storage for six years. The units are spacious, the rates are great, the employees are awesome and they care about their customers and what they store there. I have had a storage unit here for several years. It's safe and dry, and pretty clean. I am disappointed that the rates have gone up so much and so quickly in the last few years. I also wish they would just email me an invoice instead of sending it through the mail. When I do get emails from them, they come from "2031 Northwest." At first I thought it was some crazy spam. Finally realized it was Northwest Self Storage. I wish they would just call it that so it's easy to find when I'm searching for it. Anthony in the office is a prince -- totally kind, helpful and understanding, always. He is the remaining local, personable touch this place has, and I hope he never leaves.

I will be working in Corvallis in the next coming months and was shopping around for a place to store my things in the interim. Had to leave messages at other places but Anthony answered right away! His demeanor, candor, and willingness to answer all of my questions (and he even came up with things I hadn't thought of!) showed me what Customer Service really is. Hopefully another compan won't steal him away from NSS as I look forward to meeting him in person and doing business with him.

After surviving multiple bouts of jalobakoflad and a move to Corvallis, it was only with brobdingangian degrees of spizzerinctum and a nice person named Anthony at NW Self storage that I was able to settle in here and get started on my 3rd degree

We have had the best experience ever at Northwest storage. We were in a bind needing a good size storage unit to put our furnishings in while.we waited to get into our home. Mario was the best. He explained the OSU and other college students were moving out too and all the storage in the area was full. We explained that we thought we had a unit in Corvallis and it didn't happen. He searched his records for possilities and found a unit perfect for us for the short term we needed it. He worked hard to clean it up and have it ready for us o. The day we needed it. He was so helpful. A great employee. We moved in without issue. It took a great weight off of us. We would highly recommend them over and over.

Reasonably priced with exceptionally helpful staff absolutely no compaints

After researching all available storage facilities in the area, I found this gem. Management is personable, very helpful, and very competitive in cost. With an onsite UHaul truck available for daily or multi day rental, I have been very pleased with my choice. The facility is a little dated, and they do not have climate controlled storage, nonetheless, it is a good value with good service.

She followed up with me like she said she would and worked with me on the dates I needed the storage for, and for this I am very grateful. She made this search easy for me and I purchased a lock, and put the lock inside the unit prior to move in. Their units are affordable which is very helpful especially during these times. The other storage units I contacted were not very helpful with my dates and the prices were outrageous. Northwest Self Storage is very reliable and their units are clean and easy to get to. The storage agent was polite and professional --The units were clean and secure with an approximately 6 in. extended front base to avoid rain or water from entering.--My own "Chateau" padlock fit just fine.--There was also a monthly 50% special on rent and pro-rated.--The company's located close to where I live and has bus service drop only a block from the business. --I look forward to working with Angel.
