She has a locksmith she works with named Mike who is also a saint and showed up within 15 minutes to unlock my unit for a price that was half of what any other locksmith had quoted me. I could not recommend this storage location enough!! Theyre so so kind here!!

I have been on with this particular NWSS for over two years. Aside from the expected price increases over time, there has been no surprise fees or random steep price hikes. The staff has always been friendly and the facility is secure and very well kept. The only reason I am leaving is because I’m moving, and I’ll be going to another NWSS! There was a small issue closing out my account, but thanks to Sarah it was handled quickly and with care. She’s amazing, and so is Stacy. All of them are sweethearts!

I needed a storage unit quickly and for a short time (3 months). Northwest Self Storage was there to help me out. You don't think it matters but the help they gave me was invaluable. And when I moved out yesterday, they made all the difference. Stacey came up to my movers and me with bottles of water — it was very hot out. Wow! That really made a difference. And Sarah came in on her day off to help so we could get our big moving van into a locked gate. It really means a lot when you deal with people such as these two, and not just a recorded message.

There people running northwest storage on hwy 99 are just awesome! Why on-site, but outside the gate my radiator blew up. With only 15 mins of time before 10"'O clock closing. Sarah and her man come running out to help. They offered assistance and sprayed their garden hose making sure not to crack my block. I asked if it was ok to leave my truck for the night, and promised to return the next day. They allowed me to work on my truck for 2 days, due e to having to wait for a part to come in. But they were very helpful, understanding, and hospitable. Going as far as to give my buddy a bottle of water to parch his thirst on that hot day. I don't think a lot of business would be as understanding as they were. Thank you very much Sarah and her man from Jamie C.

I’ve been a customer for almost a year and haven’t had a single issue here. Online auto payments are easy and straightforward, and NW Storage is always prompt and clear with any necessary notifications. There have been two rent increases but overall I’m only paying about $30 more than when I first got my unit, which feels fair. Each time I’ve been notified well in advance via email and snail mail. Sarah at the front desk has been nothing but kind and helpful. Great hours, easy access, and any materials you might need are available at the front desk. Definitely would recommend!

These are the kind of people I hope for but rarely find today dealing with businesses around Eugene. They have the old school Eugene community vibe that seems to be becoming endangered as Eugene grows from a big town to a small city! Great assistance over the phone and super easy online reservation process!

Of course there's a gated entry, there's very little people here on the property though. When I signed up it was a really easy process, all over the phone and then they gave me the gate info and I just went right in. Their hours are pretty cool. There's no two story storage so it's all in one level. They store RVs and cars too. And they even have a bathroom that's open all the time.

I’m typically not one to write a review but I thought I would just quickly share that at NW self storage In Eugene my experience was fantastic I did everything online with the help of NW storage site manager. They offered me a discounted introductory rate and I’ve been very pleased with the overall experience.

These ladies are great. I used this storage facility for over 2 years and my experience was hassle free and stress free. They are clean and smoke free. I love that they change the hall codes every few months and I always felt safe. I will definitely use them again if I ever need a storage unit again

I first used NW Self Storage in 2017. Not only is it in close distance to where I live, but the CONVIENCE matters to me. I simply enter a code to open the gate and go to my unit as many times as necessary in a day without interrupting the staff. Hard to navigate if you have a large truck, the entrance isn't the best either. Never had a problem with my unit, management, or security. Pretty good overall!

The best thing about this storage facility is the manager. She is very kind, helpful, and understanding. The place is well ran. I recommend it.

Sarah, in my opinion, is one of the sweetest people I have met in the storage industry! I was there helping my neighbor move and downsize things in 3 diff storages and it was a very exhausting task. Sarah came to check on us several times and gave us bottled water 2 diff times during our 8 hour period of being there. She goes above and beyond in customer service and makes me feel like I’m family! I recommend storing your belongings at this location because of how much Sarah is willing to make you happy by trying to meet your needs within her ability of doing so. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed by her hospitality.

office personally are on top of everything that occurs in the storage areas, and keep an eye on any repairs that are needed. security is also 5 star quality

I was able to rent my storage completely online with no contact. The manager even helped me with a lock and put it inside my unit. She was very fast and efficient. I definitely would recommend these units.

Sense moving my little Business to this Storage Facility I have to say that the Ladies in the office are so super awesome. They both are extra extremely helpful and friendly. The facility is very clean and of there is something wrong the Ladies here the situation and try finding a helpful solution. Over the last 3 to 4 months. Sarah is always mega helpful, especially with unit moves. I have switch units 3 times always going bigger, and Sarah has offered help every time. The new management is amazing. Facilities are clean. I have been there several years and will continue to stay.

The nice lady helped us with a storage unit at Northwest Self Storage and was pretty fast and efficient in getting us one. Nothing too fancy and yet that is what I was looking for. So, if you are like me and do not care about all the bells and whistles, then maybe this place is for you. But if you are looking for climate control, a security patrol, and lighting or a lot of locks and security measures.. this may not be for you. This business is the bare minimum for folks who are looking strickly for the bare minimum. For instance I keep the bare minimum of things in my particular storage unit. I asked the staff exactly what it is that I am looking for and got exactly what I had asked for. I said you got security cameras? Check. You got electronic gate access? Check. Any units with drive up access? Check Any month to month leases and any promotions, Check and Sold!! The location is pretty convenient for me as well. Looking forward to doing business!

There is an unpublished $20 fee they charge to start a rental. Other than hiding this fact until well into the (too much paperwork) start up process it is not bad.

Decent storage, when i first signed up it was pretty cheap, but 2 years later they've only raised the prices multiple times is getting too expensive to keep. I honestly don't know how much longer we'll have it, but other than the prices going up we've never had any other problems with their storage units. Would recommend for nice, secure storage for your stuff if you don't mind the price.

Clean, secure, helpful on-site staff. Only downside is two rate increases totaling just over 17% in one year.

Managers are very pleasant to deal with. Area is clean and safe. Fees are a little high, but I think they are probably comparable to many other storage units in the area.

Front office staff were very nice, and exceptionally helpful. The initial process took maybe 10-min due to paperwork but Im in and the space was clean and ready. I just had to sweep first (OCD) and I was good to go. Buy your own "circular" lock otherwise it'll be another $15 on top.
