4 corners storage has wonderful, clean and climate control. I've stored my belongings there since 2012. I've never had an issue with security as 4 corners has a well maintained system. Last but not least the office manager Melanie, she's been there since I have been there. An awesome human being.

The units are fine, definitely in a sketchy part of town though and lots of vagrants hang out there. They increased my rent from what already seemed too expensive to a price that now seems rather preposterous. For the same amount of money I am sure you can find a place in a nicer part of town. Were it not for Melanie I would have switched units a long time ago

Melanie at Nothwest Storage was instrumental in me being able to access my storage unit after the door had being broken for 3 weeks. It was an issue with the door rail being bent. She was very kind, and professional and got right on my predicament. She contacted another manager to meet me at our storage unit and together we got the door opened. The prices have gone up quite a lot with rate increases at least twice a year since I arrived. It's now approaching twice the price as it was three years ago. I like the facility and staff, but this is getting silly. I will be leaving as soon as I can.

This has been a great storage facility! I have never had any problems there with anything. Staff is super professional and kind. The facility is very well kept and clean. They are vigilant of who is coming and going and I feel my belongings are in the best of hands. I have belongings at three different facilities. This one in Eugene and two in Medford. So I can spot the difference right away. If I could give more stars I would do so gladly. Melanie is a gem to deal with and deserves a big salute for doing her job above and beyond. If you choose to rent here you won't be disappointed.

This is the 2nd time in the last 7 months , technically the 3rd time that this location and manager Melanie, has seriously restored some faith back into person to person business and all of the helpful and particular ways that someone can do to come thru in an already stressful time,she provides a fair, polite, and friendly service, which would be good enough if that was all. She has a way of doing business that still has a feel of a human element to it and of getting you on her good side. And with all due respect, she looks great from all sides and is a beautiful gal. and all throughout being completely honest, and highly respectable which makes it that much easier to follow any of the rules or what she asks of you. When it comes to personal items in a storage any variety from valuables, rare things, sentimental, extreme importance, its important factor to feel like you have somebody on your team working for ya, and i have said before and once again, I specificaly have chosen to stay at this location and business, and chose to pay the slightly higher rate,which i know varies. From$15 more to $35 more per month, I have chose this location, on 2 different occasions to give my business , not for any other reason, but solely because of the manager MELANIE. while she maintains a professionalism about herself and still must take you thru all thr proper processes that one must to rent a storage. She is a joy from the initial inquiry, the reservation, whether online or in person, when you mess up 2 times In a row attempting to reserve online and a certain location and end up using your credit card to book a unit at the wrong location and with charges of $175 , back to back, which makes an already anxious and stressful event a big issue andwhile still not having the correct storage needed😓.Only because I had had a great experience with Melanie helping me in the past to find a smaller unit /transfer within the same location before and on short notice. Only because I had trust in her that she would be able to properly work her magic w/ all of the technical stuff of the fees$, the transfer to another bigger available unit while applying the months rent I had just paid a couple days before making it significantly better and dealing with me as I was at my worst and babbling to her, it's as if she was already in process of doing all of the things, that i incoherently had just tried to explain to her, while she also was working on correcting my 2 units i charged to my card at wrong location, to ensure me that i got the rightful $ back on my cards and while applying some of that charged $ refund, to the new unit that I was needing most importantly, as she was crunching numbers in her head, pulling up forms needed, contacting other locations to help with refund, simultaneouslyfinding the closest unit on the map to make the transfer of items from 5×10 to a 10×10, while giving me the fair and honest price, alsoexplaining to me why i had to pay an additional$10 or$20 on my last paymentfor being late, as if shewas reading my mind or knew exactly what I wanted and needed, and within a few minutes of standing in her office, like magic, she had resolved everything and had helped me get the refund that i was properly going to get from my reservation mistakes, She did all of that like a breeze, as she was making me laugh while we had a side conversation going on. It was a pleasure to watch her work, I was thoroughly impressed as just someone witnessing but I was So appreciative of the way she handled it. She got all of the $ for unit and fees that was rightfully owed by me, but without a sense that she was charging and taking $ from me that she might have been able to,whether that was in the form of unecessary and additional fees , a higher unit price etc. Whatever the case, she makes it easy to open up the wallett and pay a certain rate, or a late fee charge, without a sting along with it. Heck I would probably pay her another fee $ right now if she asked me for it🤷‍♂️.

The best storage place around. The manager is awesome. I was late making payments a few times, and she was very kind and always worked with me to set up payment arrangements.

I just love Northwest self storage on highway 99 Melanie is one of the best storage renters that I have ever encountered I've been renting my units from this place for 25 years and she has been nothing but kind and friendly . She's been more than helpful every time. she reuns that facility so well that I have told my friends and now they rent their units from there as well. I really can't say enugh about Melanie , shes top notch and a pleasure to do business with. Northwest self storage on highway 99 is clean and secure I feel safe with my stuff here and the staff is great too.

The location at 599 Hwy 99 N is a great location especially because it's not directly out in the open. The owner of the place is very kind and friendly and seems very trustworthy as well. I initially reserved online and she kept the same price when I paid in person. She also helped me in finding my unit and filling out the paperwork. Overall, a great experience!

I like this storage. The staff was awesome. The only thing is Google doesn't take you there. It makes you go in circles. You need to turn right before Rivas taco restaurant and go all the way to the back. In-between the dollar general and Rivas taco restaurant towards the back.

I did my research before choosing this location. They have the most and best reviews. I am an Allstate insurance agent and in the process of moving. I was looking for a place with great reviews and security to store some belongings. Melanie , the nice lady in the front office, was the kindest women I have met in awhile! We laughed and talked, she was super helpful with my questions. I love knowing my belongings will be in this facility.

Very secure especially for the neighborhood. Make sure you pay your bill on the 1st or you'll be locked out till paid. Late fee on 10th. Management definitely knows who goes in and out and is proactive about security which is good even if it's annoying. Look for on line specials. You can sometimes find half off first three months deals!

Last November I had to travel to Oregon from Southern California to deal with the unexpected death of my brother who lived in Eugene. While trying to clean out his apartment under severe time constraints, we realized that a storage unit was necessary. This site was recommended to us by someone who had previously rented a unit there. Melanie Brazil was the lady who helped us with the rental process. Knowing the circumstances for our need to rent a unit, she was so kind and helpful, making the paperwork as easy as possible. Once back in California, I had to contact her several times and every time Melanie remembered me and my situation. Having to deal with things long distance could have been difficult but Melanie made everything so effortless. I would highly recommend using this site because of her alone. I have rented from Melanie for several years and she has always been very professional and kind and she definitely is a communicater which is important for this kind of work. The rental process was easy! There was an online deal that didn't work, but we called the location and they sorted this out the same day with no difficulty. The facility and the unit were in good condition and I am confident that we will have a good experience going forward. The location manager was friendly and helpful, I also feel confident that should we ever have an issue she will be available to take care of us.

Having been displaced by the 11/08/18 deadly N. California wildfire, we moved north and needed storage until we could settle in and re-establish our lives. Melanie, the resident on site manager made us feel welcomed and assured us what remained of our things would be safe here. Under the circumstances of our tragedy, her understanding and friendly helpfulness made our transition to Eugene easier on us emotionally. I highly recommend this location and manager.

This place is great! While not the cheapest option, the place is very secure and the staff are amazing. The locks they sell are sturdy and can only be grinded off, ensuring safety. The hours are great and they actually answer their emails.

Melanie is one tough but fair cookie, informative & understanding. I had legal hoops to jump through & her patience was impeccable. I couldn't have asked for a better manager to work with.
