Great location and facility. It was easy to make my reservation online and move right in without any hassle. I used this location to store an older camper, the space was clean, covered, and secure. I've rented from 2 Northwest Self Storage locations (Corvallis and Monmouth/Indepence) and would do so again.

Very friendly and helpful

I greatly appreciate how communicative and responsive Andrea is. I have never had to wait for a response, and I recognize that she attempts to reply within the same business day wherever possible. While I've only visited the facility once, as I live out of town, the property was clean, well maintained, and easily accessible. Though I was quite surprised to get a 34% rent increase after only three months, I don't have any major complaints about the service, location, or facilities themselves. Being in Property Management myself, I appreciate the efforts that Andrea takes to ensure timely and accurate communication regarding my rental space and the efforts of her team to ensure a well maintained property.

Northwest Storage is one of the best places that I have rented a storage they work with you and they make sure that your unit is safe at all times. The site manager makes sure that you are taken care of at all times. Also Northwest is very clean in side and out.

Very easy to schedule online. Staff were helpful and responsive.

Renting, paying, and cancelling the unit were all simple and easy. The space was very clean and nice, and it was simple to access. All around very efficient and good :)

UPDATE 7/5/2024 Left the facility today due to an extremely high rent increase. The 60$ increase for a 12x40 covered RV space to almost 300$ a month. Another storage facility right down the road was nearly half that price and one closer to Salem was 80$ less expensive. While the facility is newer and has very knowledgeable staff being the highest price around doesn’t win points with current renters. Would have loved to stay but I can’t understand nor justify that much of a rent increase. Seems corporate greed has taken over after the private owners stepped aside. Great service and awesome facilities. Clean and easy to deal with. I was in and out in less than 15 min. Top notch onsite manager and staff. Thank you for being awesome!!!

This establishment is very clean and takes security seriously. Andrea streamlined the leasing process and made the overall experience very pleasant.

Very respectful staff, neat and clean facility inside and out. The compound is simple to drive in, access your unit without crowding others, and easy to exit the facilities. Very secure and I highly recommend them.

I have had some traumatic events to deal with and working full time but haven't always got my payment on the card set up for them so they are patient with me never threatening me for the mistake but always ready to go the extra mile to resolve it not even being rude and adding to the stress that I have in my life already that's what people want is to be able be real because real life happens and real people understand...... Adrea helped my wife and I a lot with our move from out of state getting us set up with our storage units. She is very pleasant to talk with and helped us through some administrative issues while the company was changing online accounting systems, which is greatly appreciated!

Nothing but great things to say - the facility is clean and easy to access - customer service is excellent and really helpful!

I've been storing items with them for over 2 years, and physically go there once every 1-2 months. Every single time I've gone, I'm impressed. It's very clean inside the buildings and in the driving/parking areas, all the lights are bright and functioning (none blinking!) and provide plenty of light to see inside the units. Very nice smooth floors, and a very nice dolly and door stop are provided. Great fences, landscaping, office hours, responsive, and professional. I've never had an issue with security, billing, access or pests. The doors seem very strong and in excellent condition. The entry and exit gates and keypads have also always been in excellent condition and working order. My only negative would be multiple rate increases, but that's the case for every sector it seems. I would not consider moving units after being here - I can't think of a single thing they could improve.

This facility is very well managed, clean and the hours make it accessible. However, I found another facility within 5 miles that is $40 less / month - that's almost $500 saved over a year. It's just too expensive when I can use the savings elsewhere.

I had difficulty parking.my Rv because if the large beams for the covered parking. Other than that my experience was great

Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful with all questions and issues. Facility is clean as well.

We store our first travel trailer that we've ever bought here and it's covered and $68 a month is super cheap. I like the security of the storage unit and it is close to home.

Everyone with whom I spoke was well informed, friendly, helpful, businesslike. Due to weather, we haven't been able to begin moving things in, but so far I am very happy with having chisen this place for my stirage needs.

Would like to add again that this storage facility is top notch. Management is exceptional, facility is ALWAYS clean, welcoming, and the restroom is open even on the weekends and is VERY CLEAN. You will NOT be disappointed if you choose to use this facility for storage needs. if I ever need to store anything again, I will not look anywhere else.

Needed a place to store my brand new RV. The customer service I received at this facility was exceptional. Place is very clean very welcoming and lots of room to turn around a big rv.

The storage unit was great for short term use while in between places. All employees were helpful and kind!

Awesome facility! Was able to rent short term while in the middle of moving from one place to the next. David was very helpful and friendly. A 5X10 almost fit everything I own as you can see, it's pretty stuffed tight, worked out well though! There was a mix up in billing and Angel had it fixed asap. I appriciate NW self storage very much. Temp controlled inside secure storage, I didn't have to worry at all about break ins or theft. I Highly recommend.
