Wow!! When I read the description of how clean these storage units were they were not kidding around!! The man who showed me around the facility was pleasant and very polite and even the people who were still renting storage units or moving out of their storage units were very friendly! The facility is clean it's quiet there's not a lot of riffraff. Storage units are clean. I think they are slightly more expensive than some of the other units in the town but not bad and close to where I need it to be.

Brand new, clean and well kept. The manager, Mark, is helpful and nice. He wants everything to be right for you. We also had one unit with the same company in Amity, but were glad Mark had a second unit available for us. We moved everything over and couldn't be happier.

Great service! I cant remember the gentleman's name, he was older and had glasses. He was very kind to work with. We bought a unit on auction and he was very clear on all of the instructions and was willing to be flexible if we needed. Very clean and safe environment. Would definitely recommend!

I miss Amy. She was the best. But the new people helped me out and got me what I wanted and needed so I'm content.

Moving isn't always a good experience, but Northwest Self Storage was the place to setup our stuff for storage. I first rented a unit last August and the manager at the time was extremely helpful in getting set up and explaining the property and the lease. I recently downsized to a smaller unit after I became able to take some of my items home and the new guy, I think his name was Austin, was helpful with that. There wasn't anything online about downsizing so he was great about confirming every thing was in order for the old and new unit. The property itself is cleaned, well-maintained, and appears well secured. If this review were just the staff and the property itself, it'd get 5 stars. One star is deducted for a company policy. It's not possible to reserve a unit ahead of time without paying for it immediately. When I first rented a unit I knew I would need it several months in advance, but payments start right away, regardless of when the move-in date you select. But, to my understanding, that doesn't mean you can move in earlier. If you rent a unit a month in advance, you pay for that month but can't use the unit for it, which really sucks. Especially as its right by a college so units go fast at the end of the school year but you can't rent in advance without paying for a unit you aren't using.

Had a great experience with Northwest Self Storage. Was very quick and easy to get my unit, definitely recommend and will be coming back if I ever need to!

My partner and I have been going through a hellish moving experience and our father was able to call and set up the storage unit on the phone with Amy. I was able to come get the keys and was amazed that she was like a magical wizard, so incredibly kind especially when we were feeling so stressed she explained everything to me and was right there to set me up for success! The place is a fortress and they have thought of everything to keep it secure for their customers which I am excited about. I’ve never seen such a beautiful storage unit. Thank you to Amy for her above and beyond help, she is truly an asset as well as a light in the darkness. I feel lucky to be able to meet this kind human during the stress I have been under and I drove away smiling knowing I would have my stuff safe. Thank you and I look forward to being able to use our unit for a long time.

The convenience of having an area to store our material was great. The facilities are clean, security is great, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I want to get a big thanks to Aimee!! The few times that the gate battery failed. She got the ball rolling to get us in there as quickly as possible. if we ever need self storage again, we will be coming back and refer anyone that might need storage needs.

Clean & Amazing Customer Service at the counter. Very discouraged that you don’t Pro Rate monthly charges because you start and end on whatever date you rent a unit so you have to be out by that same date when you plan to leave and if it’s a couple days after the date you rented then you get charged the full month. You have Military Discount but not Veterans Discount !!

The McMinnville location was perfect as we live there and have all of our lives. Aimee, the manager, was so professional and helpful as well as very friendly! She was extremely knowledgeable, and knew exactly what we needed. I'd recommend this storage over any of the others.

The customer service experience and physical storage units deserve 5 stars (thank you Aimee!). However, the necessary building access code was not provided to me prior to move-in day. I was forced to contact the company via telephone on my move-in day as the front office was closed. Luckily, they were able to give me the information over the phone, but this did delay my moving process and caused frustration.

Rented two units here and the experience was great. The office manager, Aimee, is the best part about this storage location. She’s insightful, honest, and a pleasure to work with. Aimee’s professionalism put this place head and shoulders above other storage rental places. The units were clean and maintained, and the public areas are always clean and easily accessible. I would rent from here again.

I had a unit here for about a year, and it was a great experience. Everyone who works here seems to be very helpful and nice. The unit was clean when I got it, and the facility grounds seem to always be very nice and clean. The temperature in the units is always really good too. All my stuff stored well, and when calling to end my rental of the unit after removing my stuff, Matt made it very simple and quick!

I really like this facility the way it’s maintained in such a nice clean organized condition. The cart and the locks and the lights and the doorstop, all those little things really add up to a good experience. It might cost a little bit more but I think it’s worth it with the convenient features and clean condition. The manager Aimee is excellent to deal with, she helped point out all the nice features and gave me the best location she had.

I've had a storage unit from here for roughly 2 years. The units were clean, people were friendly and the units are easily accessible. Aimee was absolutely amazing! Always waving to me as I was coming or leaving the storage facility, and even came to great me and tell me personally how much she appreciated my business. Unfortunately I ended up moving and no longer need the storage unit, but I HIGHLY recommend working with them. They are a top notch company with great morals and respect.
