I just recently rented a unit and appreciated the ability to quickly arrange to rent a unit online and be able to use it immediately. Met the manager when I was unloading things from the moving truck when he came out to review the locks on each of the storage units that day by coincidence. Professional and friendly service and everyone has been polite and courteous without any demeaning attitudes which is much better than how I was treated by some other local storage companies. Price of my rental was much more reasonable and affordable than other local storage companies which are highly overpriced in my opinion. A different company I rented a unit from acts as if I’m a criminal and the personnel sit and watch everything we do on a wall of monitors which is right on the wall in the rental office so anyone who walks in can also see which feels very invasive. I don’t want the general public to know what I am putting into or taking out of my storage unit. Northwest has my approval as a great company to do business with. Thank you

Loved the price in the location. The only thing we don’t like is usually the middle door is broken and we have to go around.

Super easy to work with

Very easy to communicate with the manager. Prices are fair. The facility is convenient and easy to go in and out. The property has always been cluttered free. This is my first experience with renting a storage unit and they have been understanding when I have questions. You get a new code monthly by email. Evenyone should provide their own sturdy lock. Very simple. It’s been months and I feel the area is very trustworthy. Peace and Many Blessings to All Wing Sze

I would recommend these storage units to anyone! It’s clean, safe and easy to get to. The storage units are higher then the floor so when it rains everything stays dry. The main gate is locked at all times and they have cameras all over the property. Sherrill is the absolute BEST! She is extremely helpful, sweet & kind. I am always able to reach her with any questions and she has such a sweet and pleasant personality! If you’re looking for a safe storage unit with good pricing, this is the place to go!

Northwest self storage in Oregon City has been a great experience! Super convenient location, best prices in the area, and the gal in the office is so nice and helpful, overall very professional and I love that all of the units are drive up units too that’s super convenient!

I had a great experience with Northwest Self Storage, specifically the 615 Molalla location. All the staff I interacted with were courteous, professional, and kind. Their rates are very reasonable. They are clear about policy (read and reviewed the contract with me) and I had no issues with hidden fees. They made cancellation easy with no hassle which I appreciate greatly. If I ever need another storage unit in pacific northwest, I'll be using them.

We have had problems with this place but we have talked to owners of the company and they have fixed everything perfectly to our satisfactions will continue to rent from them.

Laura answered my call was super helpful and friendly. She didn’t have space for my trailer at her location but rather than say “sorry I can’t help you”, she jumped on her site and asked me what locations might work for then, then she quickly found a nearby town that had a spot. When I asked how easy it would be to back in my trailer she said “let me pull up a map” and she selected the spot that would be easiest. She went way above and beyond, I wish I could get this service everywhere!
