This would be a 1 star review if it weren't for the fact that the manager for another of the properties just happened to be on site at the property we had been trying for DAYS to reach by phone! Ruby provided amazing quick, efficient, and friendly service in a crisis situation. We would have moved to a different storage had she not been on site to help us. The automated phone system is seriously glitching out! I tried more than a dozen times and would get about 3 levels in and get hung up on every time!!!!!!!

I got behind due to some life problems, and despite some high fees attached they have been very patient and helpful in making sure I don't have to lose my stuff. Ruby has been wonderful, 10/10, lovely person 😁 The business model itself definitely has that corporate unfeeling energy, but that is fully countered by the people who work here.

I've dealt with a lot of different storage facilities over the years and have always tried to avoid them at all costs cuz it never worked out for me. Then life happens and I find myself having to do it again and I was very apprehensive about this place cuz of the neighborhood but was pleasantly surprised to find out that live on manager isn't out to screw me out of my stuff but was VERY ON TOP OF HER GAME DOES NOT MISS A BEAT! And her customer service skills are unrivaled hands down which is an area I'm very familiar with cuz I've won many many awards for the time that I did it. Most people out there in the world I unfortunately ain't got nothing for them but I wouldn't hesitate to jump in front of bullet before it left the barrel of the gun! This used to be a 5 star, but I'm finding it very difficult to make a payment for my unit. Every month I have to call the office to make a payment.

Easy to get a unit, make sure you bring a lock when you get a unit, otherwise you are stuck buying one from them! Other then that, it's an okay place to use for storage. They are just now getting up to date on their payment website showing the customer items and fees associated with the amount they pay a month.

I have been doing business with Northwest Self Storage for a couple of years now and they have been fantastic. There is one flaw though and that is they have switched companies to do the payments and we used to have a 10 day grace period. That is decreased down to 6 days and I am over that by one day and there has been a late fee charged to my account. I would understand if it was over the 10 days but missing it by one day should be able to have that late fee taken off. I hope this can be fixed for future customers. Other than that I am a very pleased customer and will continue doing business with them.

Just sold our trailer and no longer need the storage. Been with the facility since 2017, and never had a problem with the staff or the facility. The only issue I had was the lines marking the space faded. But understand how difficult it would be to refresh the lines with one or more trailers always in storage. Will definitely use again in the future, if I get another RV.

We had our RV in the gravel lot for 3 years and it was fine but the spots are close together. The staff is helpful and friendly. We moved because we found a different lot with inside storage and electricity.

I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who needs to store anything. The staff are all professional and extremely nice people. I accidentally locked my unit the wrong way so it wasn't actually locked and they called me immediately to tell me it wasn't locked properly.

Extremely nice people. They even called and let me know that I didn't have things locked up properly. They go through and make sure everything is locked down. The office is closed from 2pm to 3pm for lunch.
