I have been renting from this facility for over 20 years, and Jessicca has been extremely helpful in all sorts of ways. I am 74 and I tend to be a bit forgetful, and she is always there with a reminder for me. Even when I went thru some financial difficulties and was close to having my things auctioned off, she did a wonderful job of keeping me informed of deadlines and also keeping notes in my file so everyone knew what my plan was to keep current. Jessicca provides great onsite help and you could not ask for a better location manager at a storage facility! You are a real jewel, and thank you for a job well done.

To whom it may concern upon my move to st helens in need of storage for my belongings after my husband passed away. Driving on hwy 30 I drove up to the office, the first thing I noticed was how well it was maintained, entering the office a young woman greeted me with a refreshing hello and welcoming smile, to the office. I also noticed how neat and tiny which further interested me in the storage. Her kindness and patience comforted me in selecting the right one for my needs allowing me to view several units that were clean as the grounds. Driving through the area the security features were a welcoming comfort she also reassured me. in the time I have has my belongings there I have come to know her and taking time for a brief hello and conversation. Her personality is so welcoming and your business should know Jessica certainly deserves affirmation. My mother decided to rent from here and had a great experience. Not only was the facility clean and nice but the staff was really helpful as well. Jessica was very knowledgeable as to what size we would need and she was exactly right. She was very thorough in her explanations and helpful with the process of getting everything planned out for automated payments.

Becky has been amazingly helpful every time I went in to purchase boxes and tape preparing for our move, I went in three times over the last two weeks, and every time was greeted with a big smile, and a warm, caring, cheerful attitude. The boxes and tape both were good quality and held up well. Highly recommend choosing this location with such great customer service!!!

The facility is clean, clean, clean, safe and secure--all things you would hope for in an ideal facility. The rates are fair and reasonable--an excellent value for your money. BUT, most of all, I want to give a huge shout-out to Rebecca, the on-site manager. She was beyond helpful. She was joyous and so fun to work with. What a pleasure!!!
