My wife and I live in Newberg and are about to relocate across the country. The team at Northwest have done so much to accommodate our needs with a storage POD being in their parking lot. Helpful, friendly and clear communication. And the facility is well kept and clean. A big step up from our previous outdoor type storage facility. Highly recommend these guys.

Tristan was such a great help! I cannot thank him enough. Personally been scrambling to get things in line and make sure payments are on time, Tristian did exactly that. He helped me get the payment set up and was super patience and understanding of our situation.

Tristan assisted me in finding the site to be able to pay my storage bill this month. I appreciate his help. As for the company, each month it gets harder (not easier) to pay my bill. Not customer friendly.

Had a little clerical error when talking with the call center over the phone. It took a while to get it straightened out but Jessie was amazing. Super helpful and apologetic. The top floor did not feel air conditioned. But I also moved our stuff on the hottest weekend. So I’m hoping that was the issue. We will see. But overall very happy with them.

There are multiple storage options in town, we chose Northwest Storage because: 1. location (central in town) 2. Price beat competition 3. It was incredibly easy to reserve a unit. We were able to select the size and sign the lease all ONLINE within 15 minutes. When we showed up to load our storage unit, we were greeted and all check-in within 10 minutes. It was almost too easy! They had locks on site to purchase and limited packing materials (which we didn’t need). They also have carts for use and getting in and out of the elevator is easy once you know your code. The facilities are clean, monitored, and convenient!

Great facility! The guest access is open till 10 which is way later than all the other locations and there is windows which really brightens up the place. Love it! And Jesse is amazing. She’s very sweet.

Jessie at the Wilsonville, OR location is very friendly and very helpful.

My mom and I rented from this storage facility and really valued the keypad entry system, it provided a sense of extra security that our items in storage would be guarded from passerby’s who had no business being there. The facility is also kept very clean with hand trolleys readily available for your moving needs which helped immensely with heavier items. I especially liked that the onsite manager Jessie was readily available, and personable when we forgot our entry code or had questions about the hours of the facility. Would recommend to anyone who is storing items that they want safeguarded.

I've been renting at Northwest Self Storage for a couple of years now. Recently, I had to upgrade to a larger size unit, and Jessie (the manager) made it super easy to do. She was very helpful with what I needed to do and it was super easy. Of course I needed some last minute boxes and stuff, and luckily they had the supplies. I would highly recommend this facility since you get your own code that only always you on the floor you are renting on so people can't just go places that they have no business being.

I had a great experience getting a storage unit. She was friendly and helpful. It took maybe 25 minutes including a tour. The units are new, clean, and safe.

I’ve had an excellent renting experience at the NW Self Storage in Wilsonville! I got a really great rate when I signed my initial contract and I’m still paying a fair rate, 9 months later. Jessie, the property manager, is really kind too. One time, when my phone was broken and I lost my maps navigation on my way to somewhere new, I stopped into the Lake Oswego shop when she happened to be there and she saved the day by printing out some Google Maps directions for me! Now when we cross paths, we smile and say hello whenever we’re both on the property. As long as I continue to need storage, I’ll be staying here. ☺️

I had a family member who sold their house and moved internationally all in the same month, and the staff was incredibly helpful and understanding with our constant questions and many rapidly changing needs. Shout out to Jessie at the front desk, a wonderful and friendly lady who helped us through a difficult and chaotic time. Excellent, secure, and clean facility with cargo trolleys on each floor. The loading and unloading area is covered and can accomedate tall uhaul vehicles. The elevator is especially nice, and is large enough to fit an entire couch or matress. I was easily able to move many heavy items myself between my vehicle and storage unit.

Renting the unit over the phone was very easy. The representative, Luis, was kind enough to call me back at a request the time when I was available to complete the rental. The manager of the storage facility is very kind and friendly and also helpful and did an excellent job Orienting me to the facility. It is very clean and tidy and feels very safe. I look forward to using my new storage unit.

Local management is fantastic, approachable and helpful. The facilities are clean and easy to use. Unfortunately, corporate control over local matters discourages use at times. Downsizing a unit to save money (big rate increases) creates issues where your credit cannot be used for the new unit. Hence you pay for two units waiting for a refund check in the mail from corporate, yes still waiting. Customers do not get informed of security issues in any timely manner because of corporate control relying on local social media to spread the word. Local management is not blame they look out for customers first.

I needed to store some of my daughter's college things after she moved from school. Jessica Edwards was the manager of the Northwest Self Storage in Wilsonville. She was wonderful at getting us set up in a unit and even had a lock we could buy to keep our stuff safe. She even offered us insurance on the unit in the event of theft or fire. We are going to recommend this storage place to our friends and family. Thank again Jessica for going over and explaining everything on the contract to us.

Not sure what to say I thought it was the best option at first , I haven't been there very long an they have already raised the rent , I was angry at first, but I found out that's all you need to do is voice your concerns and if at all possible they are willing to try to address all of your concerns, and will work with you if possible ♡ The people that work here are friendly an helpful an the owners have it setup to do what they need to protect your things . They have all of your Storage needs covered , I would highly recommend Northwest Self Storage!

Seems like a secure way to store expensive stuff. Not five stars due to the fire safety of the building. Emergency exits are not clearly marked for a fire escape route. (Sounds silly right? But that place is built like a giant pizza oven, it's going to get hot so fast.)

This is the best storage unit I've ever rented from. Very large covered parking area perfect for Oregon weather. Working elevator with 2 push carts for use. Gate code to enter elevator, no stairs access from outside in. Can exit from stairs. Climate controlled storage facility. Units are clean, large enough to fit most storage needs. Mine was a 5x5x10, and I filled it yo the ceiling. Staff are friendly. Prices are very good, probably the best I saw in the area, considering how nice this place is. Restrooms are inside, use gate code at elevator pad to unlock the door.

Just Store It is a great storage place. It's always clean and they even have a tenant-accessible bathroom. Whenever I need to rent storage space, I use these guys.

Just Store-It! is a locally run indoor storage facility. The ladies that staff it are friendly, kind, and understanding. The storage units come in a few different sizes and the prices are very reasonable. My father is a bit of a pack rat (I inherited the trait sadly!) and this is the only place we go to for our storage. My mother recently moved back with my father and we stored her stuff there that we couldn't fit in my daddy's house. The units themselves are temp controlled and supervised for suspicious activity. They are mostly clean when you get a new unit. If not, they'll help you get it swept out. Overall, this storage facility is a pretty good deal. Great for temp controlled storage. Just be aware that it is Temp Controlled and that you'll be paying a bit more for that luxury!
