My experience with Moove In was uneventful. When the need arose to rent a larger unit, the transition was an easy one. The units were clean, neat and easily accessible. My personal items were secure. The staff were always friendly and willing to help. My reason for leaving was strictly financial.

I have been working in my mom's storage unit for the last 3 days. We spent hours on the property with her 3 units. While there, Kerlin was also there in the office. He was incredibly helpful. He provided us waters to drink (there was a heat wave while working those 3 days), a bathroom to use inside the office, he was easy to talk to, he got us a cart to use to move our things between unit's and our UHaul truck, and was understanding when things came up. In addition to Kerlin, the units were great. They were clean and some were air conditioned. Even the outside area around the buildings was clean. Also, the whole property was fenced and gated. Overall, my best storage unit experience I have been too in my 50 years of life. 😁

Kerlin is extremely helpful and informative. In regards to moove inn as a company, cost has become a big factor for me. The unit i once booked at 219 a month and has gone up to 300 a month. About a thousand dollar increase for a years time.

The property is lovely and conveniently located right off of 422 in a very pretty community. Moove In Self Storage has a great channel on YouTube, which features a gorgeous video of the Douglassville property showcasing their units, layout, and their extremely nice administrative offices. You can see it is a very classy, well-run operation. This Moove In Self Storage facility has a lot of different sizes and prices in terms of unit choices, which my husband and I appreciate very much. We currently have an outdoor unit, and they offer climate controlled units inside, too. Our unit has been a saving grace as we moved across several counties with the contents of a three-bedroom home into a beautiful apartment but with less space. We have things we don’t want to lose that are safely stored and accessible whenever we want to retrieve them. It’s also nice to switch out seasonal decorations and clothing. I feel confident that our precious things are safe and secure, and thank you to the extraordinarily skilled Kerlin and your staff for everything you do!

What should have been 3 months having my items in a storage unit, turned into 1.5 years. The rare times I needed to contact the office they were always fantastic and helpful. Every time I went to get something/ put something in my unit, the grounds were always super well kept and I never had any issues. If I ever need storage again, I'll absolutely use them again.

I was in a really bad place both financially and in my marriage. I was just talking to Kerlin, the manager, while he was getting ready to leave for the day and i was all set with a unit. I was thinking about how to move to a state I enjoy visiting. He shared his story of a time he was at a crossroads and how much happier he is for making that hard decision to leave the state he grew up in. He has since been a great help when I needed it and the keys to my storage were in the wrong hands. Thank you, Kerlin, I am trying to do something for my happiness. Once again Kerlin was great! He helped us get the best deal with multiple units and worked over and above on any issues we needed resolved.

Getting my unit was easy and quick. The staff are more than accommodating. They even provided the lock, which I truly appreciated. The place is always clean and well-maintained. The best was when I received a call from the staff informing me that my lock was not closed on my door. That I call great customer service!!!

This was my very first time renting a storage unit as my boyfriend and I are in the middle of buying our first house and needed a place to store things while we wait for the settlement date. I was a bit lost and confused just looking at the website by myself so I decided to call and ask a couple of questions and boy am I so glad I did. Kerlin is AMAZING! He's very kind, friendly, patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. He not only listened to my excited chatter about the new house we're getting, but also answered all my questions, talked me through the entire process, and helped me get the best deal I could on a unit, which is working out fantastically I might add! When Kerlin was showing me the indoor units he wanted to make sure I was happy with my selection and that the door was wide enough for all of the big furniture I knew we'd need to store there. He showed me at least 5 different units till I decided to go with the unit I'm renting now, which has worked out perfectly for our needs. After I finished setting up my lease paperwork with Kerlin, he sent me a personalized welcome text message that included congratulating my boyfriend and I on buying our first house. That was honestly really touching as this is one of the biggest things that's happened in our adult lives thus far. I honestly couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Moove-in is friendly, affordable, clean, and well kept. The complimentary lock was a huge plus because it was one less thing I needed to worry about while I'm in the middle of stressing over packing. We've been back and forth to our unit 3 times now since I started renting, and every time it's been a great experience even if it's later in the evening when we're the only ones at the facility. I love the fact that I can see the progress of our move and that we have a safe, clean place to put our belongings in the interim. Thank you Kerlin so so much for running an excellent storage facility!

Clean, secure, rented a unit for close to 8 months with no issues. Customer only key pad for the gate. Set hours no worries on people being in the gate late at night. Staff was super helpful and friendly, the process of actually getting a unit was even easier to do and I would gladly go through it again in the future. The units are clean and dry. The only recommendation I'd make is to get a few more moving carts. For some reason, the only one I can find seems to be in the next building over. Other than that, I would recommend. Recently there was a problem with the internet and I received a 403 Server page so I couldn’t pay my bill on time. I took screenshots proving that I was trying but kept getting blocked. I sent an email to the store asking them to debit my card manually. Kerlin emailed back and removed the late fee and processed my payment. He was very cordial and helpful. Thank you. We found them, quite accidentally, via a 3rd party site, but Katie in the office contacted me directly very quickly to go through the next steps in the process. The customer service is outstanding! I love them. I don't have much experience with storage companies but I'm pretty sure you can't ask for anything better than B & S. I've had so many problems with my bank over the past year ive had the unit. From being issued new cards to checks being held for a ridiculously long time to money being stolen and everytime that effects B&S Mary calls and she is always polite and understanding. I will most deff be their customer for a long time and I will always recommend them to anyone.
