I’ve done business with quite a few storage facilities and this is by far one of my favorites. The facility is always clean and well lit with ample carts available. Erin and Amanda are so courteous and helpful. I almost never have to wait to be helped which is incredible since there are 3 facilities under this site. The staff at this location is extremely friendly knowledgeable and very charismatic. Easy to work with. Not once did I feel rushed I pushed along the process. While both ladies at the desk were super sweet I had recently in the past spoken with Erin and then once again just recently rented out a storage unit from Erin, she is absolutely great would highly recommend this location to store any of your personal goods. Everyone who I spoke to was genuine and helpful, however, there are some serious operational improvements needed. The physical address sent in the confirmation email was incorrect. My storage unit was at a location down the street at a satellite facility. When I eventually called support and they asked for my unit number, they said “oh that unit is down the street.” Well then that should be corrected in the email so I’m not wandering around the wrong facility trying to find a non-existent unit. Then I got to the gate of the correct facility and the gate code, which did work at the first facility I entered, didn’t work. I had to call again. They gave me a temporary gate code and said someone would get back to me with a corrected gate code. That never happened. Five days later, still no word so I called yet again to get my gate code. Now I have what I need but after much easily-avoidable trouble.

I wish I could rate these guys 100 stars, from the service they gave, to the communication amongst the staff at different locations. I went in to the moove in self storage at 1250 Shreiner, I was checking to see if they had some available space to park a vehicle and I was told no by CANDI. She was very apologetic to me regarding that she didn’t have a parking there, but it doesn’t stop. She went above and beyond and called another location to see if they might have one available. I was told the 220 centerville location had a parking spot available and I was put in contact with BOBBY. He had such great customer service along with CANDI. I was happy that I was getting a parking location with them. Overall, both locations were so polite and so nice. I felt like I have known them for years off the conversation we had.

I had a good experience with a different Moove In storage facility in the past so I decided to try them again when I needed a large space for my Travel Trailer. After calling the previous facility they referred me to Liz at the Centerville location, who had larger spaces available. She invited me to visit the site and confirm the size and accessibility for my rig, which I did. Once seeing the facility in person I was happy to sign a lease that day and was very pleased to learn they were running a 1-month free promo. I decided to check this place out since its close to home. I am extremely happy that I stopped in. Liz, who greeted me with a friendly and welcoming attitude, got straight to work immediately since I mentioned I was on my lunch break. I was literally in and out, but did not feel rushed or uninformed. She broke down differences in sizes and prices, included taxes and insurance so I knew exactly what I would be spending monthly, showed me a unit, collected my info and had me sign the lease. I originally planned to shop around to other places with cheaper units but the greeting I received and urgency to help me, definitely sealed the deal for me. Her customer service is definitely worth the few bucks I would have saved at another storage unit place. Their website is easy to maneuver with clear navigation and decioherable sizes to make sure you get what you need exactly. 👌 The office staff was amazing in welcoming a new customer and provided detailed directions as well. I went to the Centerville location and was directed to the Columbia Avenue building. Somehow my unit was already occupied. Representative called and found out that the available unit was not utilized per the customer because she had problems opening the lock. I opened it and representative had me sign a new lease to reflect the change. So far so good although I do work late hours and I didn't realize that 3pm the unit access would be closed. Overall not a bad experience.

Very easy to deal with. Auto pay if selected makes worry free payments, and cancelation is easy and as promised. Facilities are reliable and clean. This was a very good choice!

The unit is very clean and well-organized. However, there seems to be a problem with the sliding doors. Sometimes door 8 does not open while door 7 did not close. Otherwise we are happy with the unit.

I love this place! Had a storage unit here for over a year recently. Clean units in a prime location were some of the things that kept me here, along with a good security system. The climate controlled inside units are nice. Also the cow theme is cute. Used to store my photography equipment here. I went from a small unit, to a medium, to a large one - all were nice. I was super pleased that even though our unit wasn’t climate controlled our stuff wasn’t exposed to the humidity/temperature extremes like some other storage places (as the units are housed in an old warehouse). There were always plenty of carts to use, it was clean, and secured by keypad gate and facility door. Thanks! High recommended!

I have a storage unit here. It is very clean and I found the prices very reasonable. The aisles are wide enough to make transporting large items easy. They supplied me with an excellent lock for my unit.

I just want to say that this is the best Moove In I've been to. The manager Polly went above and beyond to help us and was very kind. If my business was bigger I would try to hire her- she's very good at her job.

I leased a unit here for just under 2 years and I was pleased from the very beginning. Everyone there has always been very friendly, professional, and helpful. Polly, was the person who leased the unit to me, and the person I dealt with the most. She has to be the friendliest, kindest person I've ever done any sort of business with. We first went looking for storage to store holiday decorations and tools. We looked around and finally settled on Moove In because it's conveniently located and the rates were reasonable. Dana was able to help us get started and was a real pro. Later, we realized that our unit would not be big enough as we strive to declutter and get our home ready for sale. I stopped one day on the way to work and Jessica (the floating manager) was able to get our unit transferred to a larger unit, all without a great deal of fuss. We outgrew again, so I stopped to see Polly and she might have been the best of the bunch. She was very knowledgeable, as well as personable, and was able to get us a second unit right across the hall from our original unit. They've been great to deal with and if you have self-storage needs, stop and see Polly. She'll get you up and running in no time.

This facility made my wife and my life easier while in process of moving. Management is very nice. The facility is clean and getting in is very easy and convenient. Definetly recommend to anyone needing extra storage options.

The website information is comprehensive and the rental prices were fair. For folks who are moving in from a long distance, the on-line management tools were very convenient. The on-site manager (Polly) was friendly , very knowledgeable and responsive to our questions and needs. All in all our our experience has been great.

The location was clean, secure and it's obvious the owners invest into the properties in accordance to their own high standards, rather than what the customer will bear as so many other storage facilities do. I was careful to look for evidence of pests and saw nothing. The roof was new and the gate system was as well both which made me extremely happy. The roof and gate system are huge concerns for me, and to anyone who ever rented storage at a location that had problems with either one. I also want to take a moment and speak to the staff at this location. I spoke with Polly the manager who was exactly the type A driven personality I like to see in charge of this kind of facility. She was able to quickly and concisely explain every facet of the contract while still swiftly seeing to each customer that walked through the door to submit payment. It's obvious she loves the job and the company and meeting her went a long towards me renting from Moove In self storage. I would also like to shine a light on whoever is handling Moove In's web presence and site. You (whoever you are) are the reason I even walked in the door for Polly to seal the deal. When doing research from Texas for a place to store our stuff while we house hunt in Columbia/ Hemp Hill your site was head and shoulders above the rest. One tiny suggestion, if someone is already a client can you add a rent unit next to my unit if it's open option? That's the only thing I've wanted that wasn't available via the site. In closing I do not give five star reviews lightly, and the only reason I gave five stars for this storage company is I couldn't give more than five. Thanks for making some Texans rough transition a little easier.

I had the pleasure of working with Polly at the Centerville RD. location. She treated her current and potential customers with the same high level of professionalism and respect and was very knowledgeable about her product - even going as far to find and set up a solution with other local Moove In facilities when her site did not have the storage solution her customer was looking for.

Even throughout the renovations going on at the Centerville location I've had a professional and positive experience. Getting a rental unit and things packed away took no time at all and every one has been more than helpful every visit. Definitely recommend this place!

They are always kind, courteous, and accommodating. Our needs have always been met, and they go above and beyond to help us in all situations. The rates are also very reasonable. I would never trust my stored items with anyone else.

Had a very pleasant experience at Moove-in-Storage. We had returned a rental truck and I left some personal items in the truck. Called two days later and the truck was gone. Poly, made extra effort and had my items returned to Moove-in-Storage with a day! Good honest people that care about their customers.

I have to say I love this place, such friendly people and great service. I have had one of the best experiences dealing with this company. I was in a tight spot and needed help with a Cub/Boy scout storage issue and they came to the rescue like super hero cows!

I've been very pleased to use the Centerville location of Moove In Self Storage for my business inventory warehousing. I have rented two units for several years. My inventory is secure and is readily accessible day or night and in any weather. The management is friendly. The premises are kept clean and dry. I find the rates reasonable. My only quibble is that the music is a bit more "current pop" than my tastes and gets grating if I have to be there for a few hours. I highly recommend Moove In for your self storage needs.
