Had such a great experience at this storage facility. It is one of the safest and cleanest facilities I have ever used. Jeff, the property manager, was extremely friendly and knowledgable and walked me through the process. He ensured my gate code worked before I left. A breath of fresh air compared to other facilities that have no human on site and won’t answer the phone when the code they gave you doesn’t work. Will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to all my friends.

Moove In Self Storage was the best-Noreen was extremely helpful and made the process so simple. I highly recommend Moove In-the unit was clean and the surroundings were well taken care. This was a wonderful experience from the first day of renting up until moving the last items out.

Very convenient location to Lancaster city and Willow Street. Good deal for the sizes. If you have a truck longer than 20 feet, it may be difficult to turn around between buildings.

I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE IVE ever had renting a space today. The lady at the front desk was super nice and made things very easy. It is also a very nice, clean and safe storage facility. Highly recommend!

I really like using this company for storage. I've used it twice and was able to get a storage unit the same day both times, which was really convenient, and the ladies that I talked to were really nice and able to answer my questions. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is cuz the price for the second unit I got was at least 30 dollars more than the first even though it was the same size and type of unit (indoor 5x5 temp controlled). It was at a different location which may have an influence but I don't really see how🤷

Large unit, we rented it longer than we anticipated. Storage fees increased twice in the 14 months so we had to empty it.

I stored here for more than 3 years. The 10x20 unit was exactly what I needed and worked great. The property and buildings are clean and very well maintained. The online features (web bill pay, etc.) are simple and easy to use. The management team is very helpful and they communicate well with customers.

I just started renting a unit from Moove In, and so far, everything has been excellent. Right from the start, with being able to rent a unit online, sign the agreement paperwork, and pay online, it has been the easiest part of moving. Customer service has been wonderful, they will work with you if there's a problem. I rented from Moove In a few years ago and it was excellent then, so when I needed a storage unit again, I made sure to rent from Moove In. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. We lease a space at the Columbia Ave location near Mountville. The space is clean, and secure, and climate controlled. The cost is reasonable, but most importantly, we had two issues that required management attention in our years of leasing, and both issues were resolved promptly to our satisfaction.

This is a privately owned business by a gentleman named Phil who owns 2 storage locations in the lancaster area. I've used multiple storage locations living and moving between multiple states in my lifetime, and Phil's self storage location ranks among the highest. Not only do they offer competitive pricing, but they deliver a storage location which is safe for your belongings AND YOU. My storage unit has never had a leak or structural issue in the 3 years I was there (and this includes hurricane Sandy). More important is the facility when you access your unit: Privately fenced, well paved, reasonable hours, safe location. I give a thumbs up!
