The process of renting a unit was quick and easy. The storage unit was clean and ready for us to move things in. The coded gate is an added bonus for security. The man who helped us get our unit rented was very polite and helpful (I just wish I could remember his name).

Update: It recently got bought out by a new place and they are upping the rent. It's clean, and relatively cheep for the area but their payment system sucks. I had no problems until I had to change the card on file due to unrelated fraud. This is two months in a row I've gotten emails that my payment has declined because they are trying to charge the old card, and this is the 3rd time I've gone online to change payment details and manually pay the bill. I would go to the office in person to try and update the payment Info but a) I should be able to do it online and b) They have really weird hours that haven't lined up with my work schedule yet.

Very friendly and nice storage units

My mother and I rent a unit here. We were able to rent the unit online (they put a lock inside the unit for you prior to arrival, so no contact necessary if you prefer that) but we still called in to the office a few times to ask questions. The employee we spoke with, Jarrod, was polite, kind and VERY helpful. The unit was clean when we arrived. The property is gated and units are accessible 6am-10pm, it is all paved and well lit at night. Lights inside the unit were a pleasant surprise as well.

Super easy and quick process and easy communication with the facility manager. Set it all up online and was ready to go and start mooving in. The unit was clear and clean and easy to access. Fenced, gated, secured facilities is a nice bonus.

We had absolutely STELLAR customer service with Moove In Self Storage. When the gate code that we had received online would not work and we were arrived later in the day, we were relieved when the manager returned our call promptly and was quickly on-site to assist us. He was friendly and respectful, and we would recommend this storage place (with him as a manager!) because unlike many other self storage units, when/if some concern were to arise, he would be there to help.

nice, newer storage units - various sizes, for reasonable price. owner is very understanding & works well w you, if you need to make a payment late (late fee included, of course). the only reason I wouldn't rate 5 stars, is because most of the walls have larger gaps between them & the concrete, which is probably the biggest reason the units get so many mice. recommend keeping traps at all times, or your belonging will get chewed up!

Often times needing a storage unit comes at us for reasons that aren't always the best of times, you have to downsize, lost your home, separation , or in my case total loss of my business shop from a storm. Placing our personal belongings in someone else's "care" or property isn't the most comforting feeling and in my case came with a lot of anxiety. I had called several places but the first place to call me back was Moove In. I can't say enough good about what Jarrette did for me as far as understanding my situation and making me feel better about having to move my entire business to another location. He not only rented me a unit but took his time when i didn't even ask hom to amd showed me different units trying to figure out what would best suit my needs given my situation. He Could have just said "well i have this size or that size, what do you want"? But he didn't he showed me multiple units, even suggesting the cheapest of the units to best suit what i would be needing it for. He came with me to make sure my security code woukd work to get me in and even swept my unit(it wasn't dirty) and made a minor repair that he could have made me wait for maintenance to do . So I know Moove In may have a 4 star rating but its definately FIVE STAR service. I have worked with the public for more than 25 years and customer service is everything in my opinion. So despite not being very pleased with my current situation or having to have a rental unit i could nt be more pleased with my experience and how it was handled. He also is completely knowledgeable about ALL aspects of the business and how it's run. He Could have tried to "sell" me extras or made more money from me but he was totally upfront about how to save!!!! Oh and did i mention FREE MONTH that's right you get a free month(not sure if this is always in effect) but what's better then free?? So if you find yourself needing some extra space or a place to put what is most near and dear to you may I suggest Moove In Storage, where you will be treated and led with wonderful customer service and very knowledgable staff!

I have been storing my things here for months. Great customer service, Jerod is da bomb. I wish it wasn't on such a hilly place. It can make it difficult for trucks and trailers to access. I've been completely satisfied, and their prices are very reasonable.

I called and was able to come in right away. Within 25 minutes I had a storage unit. The property manager walked up and showed me the different sizes available and was very informative. It was overall a simple and pleasant experience. Thank you.

We went in a few weeks ago after having a glitch in where we were supposed to store our stuff. I called and the guy working said he had some units did I need one that day. Now it was 12:30 and they closed at 1. So I said yes we are on the way. He got us all set up and in our unit. He had to stay a few minutes late but it was much appreciated. He was friendly and very helpful. Thank you so much for getting us all set up on such short notice.
