I’ve been with you for over 5 years. From the first year I rented the price doubled and then almost tripled and it wasn’t even climate controlled. The ceiling dropped down and was never fixed. Staff was very personable and always met my requests. Very easy to deal with.

I had a temperature controlled inside unit for about a year and I would highly recommend this storage unit facility. Their hours to get in your unit were great and the facility was always clean. It’s very safe, they provide you with code to get inside. They provide carts and a lock for you which is so nice. Only left because I moved and no longer needed. If I need a storage unit again I will definitely be coming back here.

We have been customers of this storage facility since 2007 when it wan't Moove in yet. The improvements that were done have been amazing especially adding the lights for security, the increases in the dues not so much. Theonly gripe I have which isn't really life or death is trying to go to the office and it was closed even when it says it was open on google. We even called the main number and according to them you were supposed to be open. They then tried to transfer me to you guys and they couldn't get through and the excuse I was given was that you guys were probably with another customer. Tried calling after another 15 minutes or so and still nothing. So I highly suggest changing your hours on Google and with yuour head office. Other than that you guys have been great.

Quick and easy via website. Facility is clean and has good access hours with someone at the front desk during most hours.

Moove-in storage on Lititz pike is great! Tyranni was always very responsive any time we had a question or needed anything. Our unit and the hallways are big, very clean, temperature controlled, and well-lit. It is safe, with access codes to enter, and a convenient location. We ended up moving out because we no longer needed the unit. Would definitely recommend!

Was a great rental experience. Had the locker unit for years and had no problems. Great temperature control. My only complaint is that I was notified of a raise in rental price once to $98 which was fine, but wasn't notified the second time when it was raised to $122. Other than that everything else was great.

We have being renting a unit for couple months now. The facility is well maintained and clean, easy to get in and out, load and unload, super secure as well. But I think the diferencial is the staff, today we needed to downsize our unit as we were taking some things back home, Tyranni went above and beyond to help us decide which faculty would fit our needs back, even make the change twice as we changed our minds. I have nothing but good reviews about this facility.

The online process did most of the work but the staff was there to make adjustments and answer question. There was a large selection of units and at competitive prices. The facility is climate controlled and clean. They even provide platform carts to help moving your stuff into your unit.

I have had a good experience until they raised my rent fees again. After they already raised it after completing my yr contract. However when I got online to see the fees it’s not what they are trying to charge me now. That’s awful. I only needed a few more months of the space and they pull this. So maybe I’ll just rent it under someone else’s name so I can continue to get the same fee. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Tyranni is incredibly helpful and caring. She makes the experience there so much better. The storage facility is easy to navigate and the storage areas meet my expectations. It's slightly more expensive but the units are quality. You don't have to worry about your possessions being damaged here. There are carts to help you move your belongings through the inside of the building as well. Thank you for the included locks, there is no hassle here. Have a credit card and and they do the rest.

Storage units are easily accessible, clean, and reasonably priced. Site has convenient dollies to use for transporting items inside the storage building. Temperature controlled areas are maintained 24/7 so I'm confident our furniture and other sensitive items in storage will be well maintained. Highly recommend for short and long term storage.

Great Service! The staff even makes rounds to look for lockers that have been left unlocked or that have been locked incorrectly, and then they notify the owner. The place is kept clean and the staff is helpful and friendly!!! We especially enjoyed Tyranni Rineer and Randy. They were always cheerful and friendly. Tyranni was really helpful too when we went to close out the storage locker.

I was using my friends unit but the price is going up after having it a year. So I got my own now but can’t afford the same big 10x10 and now I’m outside unit. I’ll be moving myself today and not looking forward to the up and down but…. That’s my issue not the storage. Otherwise no issues fast set up with deposit and lock thank you.

I called 8 different storage places and no one had a larger unit then 10×8. I called here and the lady who helped me was so nice and helpful. She made sure to get me all set up and walked me through the entire process. Pricy when you think of storage, but a good clean well maintained and climate controlled storage space (outdoor as well that may be cheaper and not climate controlled). Feels very secure and and has good clean bathrooms, water fountains and moving carts as well. I wouldn't mind wider hallways, but workable for anything you would be able to get through the front door.

Storage facility is nice, clean and big. Location is hard to get in and out of due to being on the main rd at the top of the hill and the inside units dont have a lot of parking so people usually make their own spots making it even harder for everyone to get in and out and sometimes even block the keypad to enter the outside units.

We needed a temporary storage for some home renovations after calling around I found I’m in the wrong business! Many places were full or way over priced! I found moove-in in Lititz had just what I was looking for. I made a quick call to the office to ask a question and then did the whole rental process online on my lunch break. I was planning on going in to complete the process after work. However, within an hour I had a very helpful message from Randy with everything I needed to know. He even left the lock in my unit. So I skipped stopping by saving a bunch of time! When we got there with the truck the office was closed, but everything worked perfectly. The building was clean and well lit. There were ample carts to move in and out even though there were several people there. I would recommend on the ease of the process alone, but the facility only added to the experience.

I moved stuff into my storage unit a couple of days ago. The access in and out of the facility and to my unit was easy. The unit was clean and it was great to see pest control devices throughout the common areas. In reserving the unit, Tyranni was a big help when I had some technical difficulties.

There was a mix up in the unit I was assigned. They quickly assigned me a new one but better to suit my needs. It is very clean, bright senor lights as you walk in to the storage areas,. easy code access. They are always willing to assist with your needs . I am very pleased with the price, I would highly recommend this facility !

I then decided to do the rental online at a later date but due to a computer issue on my end, I was not able to sign the leasing agreement. Today I called the facility and spoke to Danielle Griest. The staff is very friendly. They work to provide a good experience, and I even got a voicemail when it was realized my lock was not properly set. The facilities are new as well.

When you just don’t have enough space

There are pros and cons to the new location built in Lititz pa. Pros are it’s brand new and the woman who was working the desk was very friendly and happy to answer any questions we had, which was a great plus. Customer service 5 stars. However, because she was the only one working, no one could show us where our unit was, how to get in etc. When coming to a facility for the first time to open a new storage unit, I expect to be shown around the facility. Especially, shown where my unit is and asked if I am satisfied with it etc. It’s not the staff workers fault If they are the only person in the building. But I do suggest that whomever is in charge, should make sure that if it’s a move in day for a client they have enough staff to cover phones and also others to show people around. Even if they just schedule an appointment time instead of just the date, for new clientele. It just didn’t seem professional to me that they didn’t think that through. Also, I didn’t know how to get in the gate, and then we realized we had to go up a long ramp to get to our unit. Ramps are not beneficial when pushing heavy carts with furniture on them. We needed 2-3 people every time to make sure nothing fell off the cart. You also have to punch in your numbers on the key pad every time you enter the doors. While making multiple trips, It became tedious to stop every time to type in the long code. I know other facilities have ID cards that you swipe, which I think would be much more convenient for making multiple trips. When my fiancé toured the facility the first time without me, they showed him units that you entered through doors behind the front desk. If most or all indoor units are only accessed through a ramp when moving, that is what should be shown when touring the facility. Its misleading and not a plus for anyone who is making a trip by themselves to move items in and out of storage. Overall, it’s brand new and very clean. The staff was pleasant and very helpful when I had questions and needed help finding my way around.
