I have had one storage unit that I started renting at the beginning of summer as I knew I would be moving soon. Hi all I’m a 62 year old female who recently became disabled, and slowly moving in with my daughter, so I needed a storage unit to store some of the things I want to keep.. the process online was so easy for me to do but the pass code that they gave me was difficult and they went right ahead and changed it for me and I was able to pick my pass code for the gate. I am so grateful for that they are close by very clean place and I would highly recommend it to anybody.

Today on Wednesday June 7, 2022 I went to my Moove In storage facility in Quarryville, Pennsylvania. I had forgotten my PIN code for the gate access. Zulema Mendez happily greeted me and retrieved it again for me. This was not nearly what she did in going above and beyond that day. After we were done and walking out so she could verify what she had given me worked, I realized I had locked my keys and phone in my vehicle. Keep in mind I am a single parent and had my 9 year old son with me. It was raining so she invited us to wait inside. She then mentioned using a Uber and used her phone and account to schedule us a ride to my home and back so I could retrieve an extra set of keys. She then waited until our return just to make sure all was ok. Miss Mendez went so far what could be expected today and in my opinion showed how irreplaceable as a employee she is. She exhibited kindness, cool and level headed thinking, as well as a proffessionalism that is next to none. She really helped my young son and I out in what was a truly desperate and horrible situation and found a solution and I can never in words express my thanks and gratitude. What a wonderful example of who you are as a company she is and demonstrates as a dedicated employee. I truly hope she gets recognized and appreciated for what she has done by her superiors. I had some damage to my my storage unit and the customer service I received from the property manager Stevi was nothing short of amazing. No one expects to have this sort of thing happen when they rent out a storage place but it does happen. This situation was extremely stressful to begin with and Stevi helped me with everything I needed and took time to make sure I was satisfied with my experience. If your looking for a storage place that will go above and beyond to make sure you have your needs met I highly suggest you check out moove in self storage!

I drove over here with furniture already in my car, ready to go into a storage unit. The woman there helped me figure out what size unit I would need based on what I said I would need to store in there. She took me out to see the unit before I made a decision. Filling out the information for the unit was super simple and took just a couple minutes and I was able to head right up to my unit to put my furniture in there.

We went here after our last storage unit caught on fire. This storage unit space is more secure and takes steps so fires do not occur. The lady at the front desk is very helpful and flexible.

Decided to rent a storage unit pretty last minute, they were closed the day we decided to rent HOWEVER you can rent online at any time. It was super easy - went online, picked my size, filled out the information and received an email with an access code. Went over to the site a few minutes later and got right into my unit. They even provide a lock for the unit with a goody bag inside the unit when you arrive. It was clean, smelled clean, and very well kept. Great place! The next morning, Candice called me to make sure that everything went smoothly. For the price, I highly recommend! It is even bigger than I imagined and the ceilings are a great height.

Clean. Many units new or close to new. Does exactly what your want it to and you never hear from them unless you want to. My only complaint is that they advertise having a truck to help you move. However, it's about 40 minutes to the north and you have to go get it.

On behalf of the Solanco Cheerleading Association, we want to say how great Moove In has been over the past 4 years, and express the gratitude for providing a safe place for our equipment. The chicken BBQ we had there and all of our events they hosted have been a huge success! The friendly staff goes above and beyond to make each event incredible! Several other members have rented storage units due to the friendly nature and reasonable prices! It's quite hard to find great people that are always willing to help when needed! If you rent storage somewhere else, you are missing out!

the salesman was very helpfull to me. showed me any unit that i asked for and was very helpfull to help me choose the right size for me. explained everything to me. they are very helpfull in working with u when u have a problem. You cant beat the prices and u have a truck on site so u dont have to run around looking for one. I would very much recommend the facility to anyone. Id lived in lancaster and went all the way out there to use them because i was that pleased with them. thank you moove in self storage for being so helpfull
