Chris was very helpful in helping me setup a last minute storage for a Fifth Wheel RV. Chris met me at the gate, walked me through the systems needed for access and then he helped me figure out a good spot for my rig. Chris was knowledgeable and easy to work with. The storage lots are large and easy to maneuver in and they provide water and air for pre trip safety checks.

I have used this location for many many years to store my travel trailer. The lot is kept impeccable, we have always loved how well they take care of the property. Check in and out is super easy and at the same time the place is very secure.

Had to unexpectedly move and need somewhere to store things in the interim. Sign-up online was fast and easy, the facilities looked well kept, and even the closing of the unit was done very simply online. If the need arouse would definitely rent from again.

When my family and I sold our home quicker than expected and hadn't found our next home, we chose to store our things short term so we could stay with family without overwhelming them. For our storage needs I turned to the internet and found, MOOVE In Storage. They proved to not only be convenient but also the least expensive option for the same sized unit that the other storage companies were offering except this one offered one month's rent FREE! After making my initial reservation on line, I was prompted to contact a customer service number to complete my transaction. The person i reached was professional, friendly, helpful and to the point but not from the location I had chosen. After completion I realized I had a few more questions. I called back and reached Chris, from the Stroudsburg, PA location. Finally someone from the actual location that I had chosen! YAY! A REAL PERSON THAT I COULD ACTUALLY SEE AND KNOWS THE ACTUAL UNITS!! He answered everything that I inquired about with knowlege and courtesy and left me feeling well cared for and comfortable with my decision to store with them. Upon reaching the facilities, I found the premises to be secured, clean, well cared for and easy for me to find on my own without too much wandering. Not to mention every unit comes with a free lock! This place is fantastic for RV, lots of space, fantastic monthly rate. Chris who I never met but talked on the phone,very professional. I had my RV there for a month, my RV was safe. Couldn't ask for anything better, got the best service. Now I took my RV out, moving to Florida. I doubt I'll come back to NJ but I trust this place, so I definitely would leave my RV here.

From the moment I walked I was greeted and felt welcomed. Chris was more than accommodating. He walked me around to the different vehicle storage spaces / parking aisles. He made a recommendation of a particular site and showed me all the other accomodations that where available. While my contract was being processed we had a really good chat. I think me and my boat will be happy at this facility. They also have great video surveillance coverage of the lots. I have to say I'm very happy I chose Moove in Self Storage.

Chris the person who works in the office is friendly, pleasant and informative about the size of each storage unit. Chris properly accommodate you to the correct size unit for your items. Any questions that I asked him I always felt confident that I received the correct answer. The place is clean even when it snows ; the facility is well kept. The storage units are monitored and are reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place to store your items.. in times like these you seldom find a business that is managed by a family with integrity and respect for their customers. 💯

Little pricey but clean and secure

Below you’ll find my original review of this location when Allison was the person in charge. I wouldn’t change a single word. Now, Chris is the new person in charge of the place as Allison moved on to I'm sure bigger and better things. This gentleman has been a perfect replacement for her. He’s courteous, understanding and more so helpful. I can’t emphasize enough how excellent this establishment is and its very much so because of its employees. I stand behind my original review and if i could give these guys 10 stars, i would. 1000% recommend! Original Comments: First things first, I’ve lived in about four different states and rented a spot for my trailer from possibly 10 different locations over the last seven years. This place is without a doubt the most convenient, friendly, easy, affordable and clean place I’ve ever seen. I honestly expected my experience with Allison to be similar to a lot of the other places I’ve rented from in the past; “give me money and I’ll give you 40 feet of space“. This was absolutely not the case. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable but she’s also a delight to work with. She answered every conceivable question I could think of to the point where I myself thought I was getting too annoying. If you’re looking for a place to rent and there is vacancy here do yourself a favor and call them ASAP, don’t look for another place and don’t think about the drive over just call.

Where do I begin? Well, I found Allison absolutely wonderful to work with. She was very professional, likeable, and made my rental very easy. I like the way Moove in Storage lets you pay your bill in a variety of ways where other places only want you to charge it on a credit card etc. I would recommend Moove in Storage to anyone who wants to simplify their already hectic move into either a new house or apt.

Great experience, both with the present owner’s representative / property manager Allison Greydanus, as well the previous owners Rich and Steve. Allison has been extremely helpful with everything, even with finding me a mechanic to work on my hovercraft and utility trailer in absentia (I live in Manhattan), which wasn’t really even remotely a part of her job description. Very nice lady! I would highly recommend them!

This is also my second time storing at Additional Storage in the Gap. These guys are super friendly and accommodating - so much so that I didnt even bother to look for something closer to me in Philly, now that I live over here, because I know my stuff is in a good place up there, and at a good price. It's also conveniently across the street from the bus station in case you're leaving a vehicle there - transport is easy. Hands down recommend this Additional Storage In The Gap!
