Yes, insurance is a requirement for any storage unit. If you have homeowners or renter's insurance, it may also extend to your storage unit. Please check your coverage with your agent to see whether storage coverage is included or can be added to your policy. If you do not have your insurance, we require SBOA Tenant Insurance for your items. It is recommended that customers utilize our plan even if they are using their homeowners or renter's policy, as it prevents your insurance premiums from going up in the event of a claim and pays out prior to insurance claims.
All leases we offer are month-to-month. Whether you only need storage for a month or longer, there is no need to sign an additional lease to accommodate a greater need. Stay for as long as you will need storage without fear of lengthy commitments. While you are welcome to utilize your storage unit for less than a month, prepayment of one month is required and will not be prorated if your use is less than one month.

Access hours are when our customers can access their units and either load or unload them. Office hours are the hours our office is open for business. Things that you may need during office hours include rent payment – should you opt to pay in person – purchase of additional moving supplies, and transferring or vacating a unit.

So, I’ve been a moove in customer for about 3 years. My rent kept going up on my unit, as it does and I was going to cancel it. I called in and talked to Lindsey and she understood why I wanted to cancel, but let me know there were slightly smaller units for much more reasonable prices. Lindsey was super easy to work with, explained the whole process, and was happy to show me my options. In the end, I got the smaller unit and I’m glad we were able to work things out.

Great clean little storage center. my only problem i have is it is not 24 hour access **Revised Review Update:** I have decided to revise my previous review due to significant changes in pricing. While my initial assessment remains unchanged, I must highlight a considerable increase in rates. What was once a $100 monthly charge for my unit has escalated to nearly $300 within a span of two years. Consequently, I opted to relocate to another local storage facility where my rental rate has remained consistent for nearly two years. I would reconsider returning to their services if adjustments are made to enhance affordability. Paying $300 per month for an outdoor unit with minimal amenities seems excessive. The drastic price hike for outdoor units over a short period strikes me as unreasonable.

I had a short, but excellent experience with Moove In Self Storage. I was relocating from another state and needed a place to store furniture and other belongings. The rental process went quickly and smoothly. Payments are easy to make online. When I was ready to move out, I gave notice and during the required advance notice period and was out at the end of the month. Lindsay was always very helpful throughout the rental process. I would certainly use Moove in the future.

Easy online setup. My unit was ready and the lock was in there in a few hours. Super easy. Got a call the next day while the staff were doing a walk through and noticed I hadn't put my lock on yet and wanted to check to make sure everything was ok. Nice to see they keep an eye on the place.

If you need to store your stuff moove in is the place to go! They have a truck you can use to help more your things into the unit, some of the best prices around, units are secure and safe, as well as clean. The employees are great too, alittle while back I was behind on paying due to medical reasons, couldnt catch up, have four kids to take care of and they worked with me, really helped me come to a conclusion for me being able to keep my things and not lose all our belongings. Im so thankful for that. Most places only care about money and dont want to work with you at all!

I had a ton of stuff to move and limited time to do it, but after speaking with Brittany I was able to secure multiple units for my storage needs. It was a great experience with a great office that was clean and modern, and Brittany was extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient, which made my experience of needing storage fast a breeze!

I have a space to keep my materials for the Bob Potts Marathon. I cannot tell you how friendly everyone was when I contacted them at the office! Honestly, it was so easy to get everything set up! The storage spot is close to my house, and the grounds and space are in great condition. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Customer service is important to me, and I feel that Moove In will take care of me!
