Chandra at the front desk is amazing. She called me because I hadn't checked in on time and wanted to make sure I was still coming. She didn't want me to pay for a storage unit I wasn't going to use. Only complaint I have is getting in and out of the units is fine in a smaller rental truck, but with a truck and trailer you may need to do some backing up to get out. Not bad if you have two people.

I don't right many reviews but I had the most fantastic experience here Eric is absolutely a wonderful person my elderly mother has a facility here and its kinda getting hard for to get around i was with her yesterday running errands and we stop by Istorage for her to pay her monthly bill no longer than it took her to put the car in park out came Eric right up to the car to take her check in for her apparently this has been tradition since he has been there and i just want to say thank you to this wonderful human being how you take care of my mother is absolutely the sweetest thing 😊

The facilities and grounds are clean and secure. Reserving a unit online was a breeze. Although you still need to go by the office to "tie up loose ends. No biggie. In the office, we were greeted by Diane, she was friendly and very helpful. Unit was as expected.

The two folks working there were personable and helpful and seemed to enjoy working together, which is always nice. They got me in and out in a timely way. Bonus was that I was having a hard time getting my storage space door closed and the manager saw me struggling and stopped to help. I'm happy with Cubesmart so far!

I rented a unit August 2012. I was moving to Alaska and wanted to place my items where I felt my personal items were safe and secure. I paid by phone monthly and was always greeted with professionalism. When I planned on returning to Tennessee to close out my unit and settle my affairs I called the facilty to make them aware of my plans to close the unit out. I again was greeted with professioinalism and each person was eager to assist me in this transitioin. When I arrived I found the unit had had a water leak and all my antiques and the majority of my personal items were covered in mold and mildew. The manager, Jenny was very supportive and assisted me in the process in completing my insuranace paperwork. When the U-Haul I rented proved to be to big to make a turn down the narrow drive-way and I had an accident with the side of a storage unity every person I spoke with and assisted me in the accident were polite, were concerned about my safety and welfare and treated me with respect. I cannot express enough how impressed I was with all persons I encountered in my time with storage pros. I will gladly rent from Storage Pros again and recommend all friends and family members who need to store items in the future will look at Storage Pros first.
