Just open account there yesterday. There was glass in front of the building our unit was in. But the gentleman that was working the front of the desk immediately came up and cleaned it up. Great prompt customer service! Facility appears to be clean and pricing is excellent!

The property manager at this location is a super nice guy and very customer focused. Always responded to questions and never a pushy upseller. Facilities are as expected. Never a concern for security or access.

This place is very nice and safe. I've never had any trouble getting to my unit. I did a lot of shopping around and found their prices reasonable. I usually stop on my way to work or from work to pay right as the fee is due and I'll always received the courteously call a few days in advance from Jody. Was greeted by Jody the manager. Helped me with unit rental and was very organized. He explained the gate procedure and the hours of access. Was very professional and knowledgeable. He even gave me a deal for long term storage.

It's probably an average price honestly. Maybe I just want it super cheap.

Everything is great now except could not move on 6/18…….Code given didn’t work, had to get new one. Therefore, move in date was 6/19.

I rented a unit at this location. Josh, the manager, was extremely helpful helping me decide on the proper size I needed. He was very knowledgeable with every question I asked. Also friendly and very courteous. Unlike the other storage places I visited. I also like that the roads throughout the buildings are paved and not gravel. All surrounding's were clean and well kept. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a storage unit. This is an update to correct a mistake I made... The manager that was so helpful was named Jody. Not Josh as I stated in my review. My mistake.

I’m nothing but satisfied. This is the first unit I’ve rented so didn’t know what to expect. The online process was easy, I showed up on the move in day and stored what needed to be stored. Don’t expect much more than what you see, it’s clean and functional, but it isn’t anything outside of the normal. Every review that says they had trouble getting in contact with someone can speak for themselves, why would you need to speak to someone when everything is online.

They were extremely helpful and very nice.

Great experience. It only took the Manager 5 or 10 minutes to call me once I reserved it on line. When we went to the facility she was very friendly & helpful & made sure we were happy with what we were getting. I like how she took us back to the unit instead of leaving us to find it on our own. This is the facility located on Hwy 76 in White House, TN.

We were in a pinch and we had to rush to rent a climate controlled unit and a drive up unit close enough together I wouldn't be charged a large fee by the movers if the units were not within 75 feet of each other. The manager of IStorage, White House, TN was wonderful in working to make it happen and in a very quick time frame. The units are very clean and the climate controlled unit is held at a good temperature. Thank you IStorage.

I am pleased with the treatment I received. the prices are fair and the grounds are kept well with sufficient security. The unit I am using was in good shape and showed no signs of water or wear. I am pleased
