It is recommended that customers utilize our plan even if they are using their homeowners or renter's policy, as it prevents your insurance premiums from going up in the event of a claim and pays out prior to insurance claims.
All leases we offer are month-to-month. Whether you only need storage for a month or longer, there is no need to sign an additional lease to accommodate a greater need. Stay for as long as you will need storage without fear of lengthy commitments. While you are welcome to utilize your storage unit for less than a month, prepayment of one month is required and will not be prorated if your use is less than one month.

Access hours are when our customers can access their units and either load or unload them. Office hours are the hours our office is open for business. Things that you may need during office hours include rent payment – should you opt to pay in person – purchase of additional moving supplies, and transferring or vacating a unit.

Great place to get a storage unit. They have lots of different sizes as well as some in climate control. They are well secured with lights around the property, security cameras, and key coded gates. The property manager works really hard to keep the place looking in great shape.

I like this storage unit location, the things I don't like are the hours, 6-10. Also when it rains water gets in under my storage doors and gets everything on the ground wet😞! After it rains the water puddles in the parking lots for days. Terrible drainage situation!

Rented a unit on Saturday, double charged. I’ve asked for a refund for the extra charge on Monday, it’s Thursday…still no refund. They are in vacation, but we all know they have their phones, tablets or pc’s. No excuse for not returning money they received in 2 seconds. Return it please. 1 office worker was great and friendly. I’ve forgotten her name but I’m sure she’s the manager. The other worker is rude, plays on her phone and isn’t helpful. Smart girl getting paid for that. I’m soo not sure how to get in the facility, my boss did that part, the unit is nice and clean. I’m happy with the location and the area. I want to give a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review. Right now it’s a ⭐️⭐️⭐️. Also I have no clue how to get out of the facility… I waited until someone came in.

I know it hard to keep storage units clean, but it would have been nice to a unit sweeper out, we did sweep out most of the fine dust. And in rained the next day there was and still a large puddle, which makes it hard to move items into the unit, hope that and the large potholes will be taken care of in the near future. And is it okay to let people in to fence area, we did cause they were at the gate and must have forgot there code to get in we waited to let them in , but the backed up so as to let us open the gate, then they when on in, I didn’t like doing that and there for I’m letting you know about in, it was a black truck, O have there plates if you need.then.

We have rented here previously when it was under a different name. The fact that they are still as phenomenal as they were before is amazing in this day and age. I've been using this place for 8 months. I dont have a single complaint. I like the insurance i bought with the unit in case something gets damaged, it replaces up to a $3,000.
