Super friendly staff and location very convenient. Did not have any issues whatsoever.

They went above and beyond every other storage facility in Amarillo by allowing me to have a 28’ moving pod, that was really more like a big rig trailer, to stay overnight on their property without charging me anything extra. I’m very grateful to them for this as I was between a rock and a hard place due to moving to Amarillo well before my home is going to be ready. I had rented a storage unit at another facility, only to be denied the ability to park the trailer there. That was obviously my mistake to not have a conversation about it with the facility beforehand. It’s difficult to find the right storage facility when you’re moving here from out of state and you’re not able to visit the facility beforehand, but I’m glad I found this facility. A+ service and the facility is very nice and seems to be new. Also, the units all seem to be on one floor, so there’s no worrying about moving your stuff up and down stairs. There are also push carts available to help move in and out of the climate controlled building. The climate controlled building also has a number pad with which to enter your access code. It’s nice to have that extra layer of security and I’m sure all my stuff is safe. And last, but certainly not least, I can access my unit 24 hours per day. I can’t ask for anything more. I definitely recommend.

Almost every time I go to my storage unit someone will come over and see if I need anything. They usually bring a cold bottle of water as well. The location is great for me and it’s an easy 24 hour access. I highly recommend Advantage Storage.

Brad helped me find the storage unit of my dreams. Man is an absolute legend and deserves more money than he makes. Phenomenal customer service and good vibes all the way around. If you don’t go here for storage you’re wasting your time and sanity.

I came here in search of affordable and safe storage without luck in other places around town, Another Attic and Square Space had poor customer service and wanted to charge me above 200 a month for a 10x10. I was pretty frustrated when I had arrived at Advantage Storage but luckily I met Brad, He was very kind and was far more helpful than any other place in town. He helped me find one for a good price and it was easily the most stress-free part of my day. I highly recommend him for those that can’t find good storage. I feel extraordinarily lucky to have found this place after such a bad day searching.

I went to Advantage Storage earlier in the week looking for a unit. My previous experience with other storage facilities are not good memories. Poor customer service and ridiculously high prices seem to be the norm. At Advantage Storage, Brad Bias helped me out, his customer service was beyond expectations, he was very friendly and informative. I highly recommend him if you were as lost as me searching for storage, additionally the prices were easily the best in town. Thank you Brad!

The people,service, and cleanliness were so much appreciated, not to mention our “changing” needs through our first month! Rhonda seems to be a capable manager, Brad is the one we worked with most. He dealt with us with the greatest professionalism!!! He even helped move us from one locker to another during a little confusion on our move-in day! We were so grateful! About 2 weeks later, we had to up-size our unit. Rhonda handled it with no hassle for us - AND we were bringing the stuff on Sunday. Even though it was Brad’s day off, he came in and helped us move to the bigger unit and did all the heavy lifting with my husband of the additional stuff we brought! What a fine young man, and having been a business owner for many years, I can tell you that Advantage Storage is very very lucky to call him your own! I spoke with Robert. I've been calling around to get prices. Other facilities tell me there's 1 available. Like a high pressure sales. Robert told me how many and sizes available for my needs. We went over pricing, security (my big concern), and protocol if something were to happen. One thing I noticed about Robert immediately was his professionalism. His choice of words, again, unlike others I called. Robert spoke clearly, and concisely. Thank you Robert for all your help.

I loved being able to access my stuff whenever I wanted to. Not being told that I couldn't get to MY stuff during certain times. That was why I moved to this storage facility. Now they have hours at night you can't access your things if you wanted to. But locally, the lady that manages up there is totally awesome, best storage manager I've ever met. If you've got a problem just talk with her and she will do her best to work something out with you! I totally appreciate her!

Our experience has been excellent with our new storage space. We only needed a 5x5 space to store our items and they Spare Feet Storage offers that! They are so close to our home and that is amazing in case I need to get something real quick! The 24 hour service is also a huge bonus. The lady at the front is so nice and was so helpful!!! Excellent experience! Spare feet is located about 1/2 mile from our house. Needed a place to store a car and since it was that close we thought we would start here on our search.
