Was in the Baytown location last week and was honestly just being a lot (self-aware). The staff made sure I understood the process and I even had a nice talk with the *Big* Boss Kelly. She answered my questions and seemed to have total confidence in the person who was actually getting me taken care of. All in all, will probably use this place in the future as well. 10/10

Quick, easy and professional service

This is a well managed storage facility, however, I think they should tell customers when the power or A/C goes out. I thought my items would be completely okay here but some things got totally ruined by the heat. I'm guessing the A/C went out which is fine but why would you not send an e-mail alerting customers?

I have been using iStorage on Garth Road in Baytown for YEARS (they used to have a different name though. Russell works in the office and is diligent in helping if there is a problem such as helping with your pass code if you forget it, calling if your credit card expires, or if you forget to lock your unit, etc. I have a 12 by 30 and one thing that is good about it is, the ceiling seems to be about 20 feet high because you can park an RV in there. It also has lighting inside the unit (at the front end) in case you bone by after dark. I highly recommend this business.

Honestly I don't even like leaving reviews, goes to show how much this place surprised me, it's an amazing site, awesome staff, and great community, nothing but positive feelings anytime I need to visit my unit, and questions are always answered fast, guys keep doing what your doing, please don't change, always plan on using you guys and will definitely bring more customers in if they need a unit

Rented a Uhaul to move and placed my order weeks in advance. The manger was very helpful in changing my drop off location but despite my request for moving equipment being confirmed on the website they didn't have the requested items available at pickup. Greatly unfortunate and set me back half a day costing me another day of renting the moving truck. Would like the website to accurately confirm items availability in the future otherwise I may need to use a different moving truck company. The customer service is the only reason I'm giving this rating 3 stars.

This facility is hands down the best place I’ve ever kept my items stored at. It’s always secure (they have a lot of security cameras) , clean, and Russell at the desk is the most welcoming person, he keeps the facility very clean, the office is always clean and even the bathroom is as clean as buc-ees and that says A LOT about a place. I’ve never had an issue here for the last two years I’ve stored here. They have U-Haul rentals and they even have a company moving truck you can use for your move in. We have had 2 Units for a few years now. We r very pleased with the personnel & the facility. The only complaint that we have is, some times the Cargo Carts r not there. Being I don't get around well, it's hard for me to go hunting one down. I'm not sure how this could b remedied, but it would b nice if 1 was always left at the entry doors.

Russell was amazing! The place was clean and convenient for me to get to. He was so sweet and and accommodated everything I asked for.

One of the best storage facilities I have ever used. Was co clean and easy to get in and out of. Customer service was outstanding. Russell was very helpful and did a great job getting me set with a storage unit. Was a great experience all around.

We have had nothing but a great experience with this facility. They have even gone out of the way to call and let us know our unit was not locked properly. I feel very safe when I’m on the property. Well gated and secure. We have a climate controlled unit and had no problems during hurricane Harvey. Rates are comparable to other places around the area. Nice and clean, well kept up.

I've been a customer for two years and I have had great customer service. They check every storage room to make sure they are correctly locked every day which has been great! Beautiful and clean lot throughout, and the security is great too! I'll continue doing business there for sure.

Great clean place very friendly and helpful staff

I stored all the possessions we had left after hurricane Harvey left nearly 4 feet of water in our house in Baytown Texas. The facility was exceptionally clean including the warehouse, office and the restroom. Also, it was kept very secure at all times. The Manager, Russell Morgan, was a pleasure to work with. He did all he could to get me the best price and size room for what I needed. Plus he allowed me the use of the large enclosed truck and a dolly to move my goods in. I used this storage for three months and as long as he is in charge, I would be ready to recommend this facility to anyone!!

I highly recommend this storage company! Russell is great! He's personable and accommodating :) I recently rented a unit from this location, and it's a clean and professional atmosphere. If I need a unit again in the future, I will definitely rent here. To avoid any confusions / hassles, don't fill out the rental agreement online, fill it out in person at the site.

Nice clean place

Having lived a very nomadic lifestyle (military veteran), I have come across more storage facilities than I'd care to count. This one is hands down the cleanest, easiest to access, and best maintained facility I've used. Now, as for the manager, Russel, he was always there 10-15 minutes prior to opening. He never hesitated to assist the customers, and was always smiling. His friendliness, respect, and desire to put the customer first is the main reason I would recommend this facility to friends and family. I will definately return myself, should the need arise.

We would like to say that CUSTOMER service means a lot to us! Russell & Michael went ABOVE and BEYOND the call of DUTY!!! The place is IMMACULATE, sooo clean and spotless!!! I must say that Baytown Storage has helped turn a negative experience into something actually positive. It was a rough weekend trying to move a three bedroom house in only three days on the spur the moment. Of course we ran into snags and complications, but luckily when we did there was someone to help. Hats off to Russell who was there not only with solutions but the utmost kindness and empathy toward my dilemma. What started out as the worst day has turned in to one of the best. I stored my boat there for about 6 months while my boat lift was being finished. The price was good for the area, and the manager, Lori, was very helpful. Easy in and out for my boat, and the unit was huge. I think 50 ft. deep, and plenty wide.
