I had a storage unit here for about 2 years. Moving in was an easy process. I had to switch units last minute due to movers arriving in a longer truck than expected (about 18-wheeler length). They were unable to access the back unit that I originally had. Rightspace storage allowed me to switch units with no issues. They emailed me in advance when any changes were being made, like pay or passcodes. They also would notify me when painting was happening nearby. I recently moved and was no longer needing a storage unit. I asked the front lady(I apologize that I don’t remember her name) what I needed to do for move-out and by when to avoid the following month charge. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and sweet. The front desk lady is AMAZING (same lady). I was on vacation and made a call to notify them that I had moved out of my unit. My belongings were moved while I was gone. I don’t think I left a voicemail, but I called when it was closed. I completely forgot that I needed to call again to complete my move-out. The front lady called me back when they were open because of her, I remembered that I had to complete my move-out. Move-out process is simple. I highly recommend this place for anyone having to use a storage unit. The prices are fair, clean, security is good, and the front desk people, I have never had any issues with.

I had gone through the website to get a unit and had an issue to finish reserving a unit. I called and they told me to come in and they honored the quote from online. They were great at explaining the contract and showed me every thing and listening to my questions. Over all great experience with the staff.

This place feels very secure. It's right across the street from a school so police park right in front quite frequently. There is a passcode to get inside the gate too. The staff is lovely to work with and its not as expensive as other places we looked at. Overall we have just had a wonderful experience with Big Red Storage in Belton. Very pleased.
