It is recommended that customers utilize our plan even if they are using their homeowners or renter's policy, as it prevents your insurance premiums from going up in the event of a claim and pays out prior to insurance claims.
All leases we offer are month-to-month. Whether you only need storage for a month or longer, there is no need to sign an additional lease to accommodate a greater need. Stay for as long as you will need storage without fear of lengthy commitments. While you are welcome to utilize your storage unit for less than a month, prepayment of one month is required and will not be prorated if your use is less than one month.

Access hours are when our customers can access their units and either load or unload them. Office hours are the hours our office is open for business. Things that you may need during office hours include rent payment - should you opt to pay in person - purchase of additional moving supplies, and transferring or vacating a unit.
I found the right storage place 1 mile away from home! The lease was a breeze. The gentleman Jesse was very helpful in finding the right unit for me. He even stayed a little later after business hours just to make sure I had the right space for my needs

They are super nice and very thoughtful. On Tuesday was quoted one price when I got there Thursday was told a different price ( a difference of $4-- really not a big deal for me) but by 5pm they fixed their mistake and applied the difference to the next month's rent. They didn't have to do it but it was very nice. Thank you very much!!

This is mine & my brothers Go To spot during school housing breaks. Great price in my budget. The Manager is super nice. We forgot our dollies, she gave us a couple to use. That was awesome! Despite our decision to move early, the Texas heat still hit us. We brought back the dollies, Glenda sent us off with cold water bottles. Nice!! Def coming back next year.

The staff was very helpful and professional in responding to their customer's. The unit I rented did not have any pest bait traps and I had lots of spiders, insects and a lizard in the unit-that was the only negative to renting the unit.

Friendly staff, loads of different sizes and they sell covers for mattresses and other supplies. They were quick with all the paperwork and even had a recommendation for some places to eat, we were new to the area. Understand they are going to be a uhaul truck rental place in the future.
