although staff (skyler) was training a new worker she was very professional..courteous and helpful..for security reasons it's not a 24hr facility so your valuables are safe..

I recently rented a storage unit from this location and had the best experience with Skyler. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I had a minor issue with the reservation and she made sure to communicate with her manager to make sure I was taken care of. Unlike the previous storage properties I've delt with where the employee or property manager on shift was never available or were just no where 2 be found! I will most definitely recommend to friends & family!!!

I have a few units at different properties throughout Dallas, Fort Worth and the i-storage location in Carrollton is my favorite! Skyler is the manager of the property and she is great to deal with! If I have any issues or problems, she takes care of them immediately and does a great job! I have a few units here and I’ve never had an issue. Well, worth the money!!

I rented here now for the past 2 years and had only one complaint.. the rodent problem. Issue was not addressed until the new property manager came and took action that was long over due. In no time she has drastically improved the rats issue. I She is very friendly, takes time to talk to her tenants about their concerns, asks if there anything that may need to be taken care of that she is not yet, and the property is well taken care of. I have zero complaints, only complements, and I would recommend this self storage to anyone. With the current property manager I plan on staying for quite awhile. Great job and thank you!

There was no one in the office to assist me on the first day I used the unit,I had paid for it on line,I was a bit frustrated however the staff at their call center went out of their way to assist me with everything possible, THEY MOVED MOUNTAINS FOR ME. Friendly, understanding and accommodating are the words I would use to describe the staff I interacted with over the phone.I don't know who trained these two individuals but they truly saved this company from losing a new client. Everything went smoothly. Heading out of town, so I was on a time crunch and reserved a unit online the night before. I came in the next morning and was able to finish the process and get on the road. Update 3 years later:. Still a very good company to use as storage. Very clean and I didn't have issues with rats or bugs my entire stay. I only moved out because I was moving on the other side of town. Paid online for 2nd floor unit with elevator access, got the there and was taken up 2 flights of stairs, got back downstairs and was told the elevator was broken and I would have to use stairs to bring my things up. Asked if their was a 1st floor unit and he said it was for the same price, I accepted and begin moving items in. Several hours later I received a call that the cost was double and asked if I wanted to keep! I asked about elevator and he said it was going to be broken for several more days. I was moving that day and had to return my moving truckn so I kept the unit but was not happy and feel like they pulled a "bait and switch" with what I was sold online vs what was provided to me in person. The upside is the unit is easy to access. I did try to discuss with management for them to rightsize the situation, however, they never responded Other than that, it's just fine.

Just moved in this storage recently due to my previous storage went up in price. So far I am liking it. When I first went in, had an issue with my unit but was able to exchange it with no problem. Was able to interact a bit with the staff and seemed very pleasant. The storage itself is very clean and the area is pretty spacious. The only thing is the elevator by our unit has no light in it which makes it a bit creepy. Won’t be using it at night. Other than that would def recommend:)

Because I was a veteran, I was allowed to have a lock at no charge. I could just tell that she was very honest and helpful.

If there was a 10 star rating I would rate 10 stars. Catherine is just amazing. Every single time I go to my unit I see her cleaning, or smiling, or talking with a tenant. She made my move in process so easy and fluid. Maria is so sweet and she really knows this property and the ins and outs of the business. My wife says that she has always been patient with her and is so nice to everyone. The facility is spotless, and even when there is a small piece of trash, it is cleaned up instantly. The location is so easyntonfind and is located in a very nice area. I feel safe going to my unit at any point of the day. Even when it is dark. Safety is a huge benifit when sometimes you work late and need to go to your unit late at night. The office hours are very reasonable and They are open late, and open every single day. So that makes it so easy when my wife needs to speak with the manager after work or on a weekend. Very long story short, my wife and I will always rent from iStorage. We would also recommend this specific property to anyone who is in need of storage.

I cannot begin to say all the amazing things there are about this place. It was easy to locate and access. The hours for the office and the facility are really good. The absolute best part is Catherine, the property manager. She was extremely friendly and extra extra helpful and patient. I can't brag on her enough, she alone made this place worth five stars. The facility is also well taken care of and clean. 10/10 recommend you use them for your storage needs. They also has better rates and deals than any other facility we looked at.

Had a great experience at iStorage! I decided on iStorage after another nearby storage facility left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Reserving my unit online was easy. I spoke with Lili, the property manager, over the phone and she was very friendly, informative, and helpful. She even offered to wait for me on a Friday night after closing because I wasn't sure If I could get there before 6:00 PM with my work commute. Incredibly kind of her! On the day i moved in, Maria in the office was beyond helpful and friendly. She showed me the unit, we discussed paperwork, price, insurance, etc. Maria went above and beyond to help me assure she had the proper insurance information she needed. She was unbelievably helpful and friendly. I'm happy with my choice in facility!

The lady actually cares about her customers and doesn't make you feel like you're talking to a customer service rep, which is what most businesses make it feel like. Good Clean Storage convenient to Carrollton and N. Dallas. We have been using this Simply Storage location for several years and are very pleased with the service and fact the storage facility is kept clean and well lit. The manager on duty currently is very proactive and wants to make sure all of our needs are taken care of at the right price. We recently downsized from a 20X10 to a 10X10 - everything worked really well and the price is right.

On Christmas eve I was able to get superior assistance from the property manager of Simply Storage. My hybrid car ran out of battery in the entrance of the parking lot. Shortly after checking out the vehicle the property manager drove by and asked if I needed help. She quickly went inside of the building and grabbed her battery charger. Needless to say it was extremely cold and windy that morning! Then the battery wouldn't charge, She kindly offered me a ride since I had no second car available and was within the city. It was much appreciated and I was so grateful to get a lending hand from someone who was just trying to help! I must add that she also offered a free tow /or to leave me vehicle in the lot until I situated my own wrecker service. A+++++

I found this place online. Me and my husband were relocating from Florida and needed a unit until we can get a bigger place. I was in contact with Lilly the whole step of the way. I ended up showing up a day later then my reservation due to issues on the road. But we still had a unit and she actually ended up giving us a unit that was more convenient for us. On top of that me and my husband don't have a lot of experience backing in a trailer. She was kind enough to back in our moving truck with the car attached to make our lives easier. I helped my younger brother move into a unit last minute due to work travels. He picked this place and I was along for the ride. HANDS DOWN ONE OF THE BEST PLACES TO BUY A SERVICE FROM!!! The manger on duty was beyond helpful and friendly. She was even kind enough to drive us to 3 different units to compare the size and location in person, the manager sincerely went above and beyond just to be helpful and kind. Not only that but my younger brother went out of the country for work and forgot to change his auto bill pay accounts. Not only were they very kind to give a friendly reminder call every week or so, they made it so easy to rent and work with that I will forever use Simply Self Storage in Carrollton.

Convenient storage in a quiet location. Gated access. Online account management. Easy.

Was able to store in between moves here. Units were clean and well managed. They had a working elevator and carts that came in handy with moving the loose items and small furniture. The woman at the front was very helpful and upfront with pricing. I was able to cancel before being billed for a second month without any issues, even with them having my card on file.

Never had any problems. Always clean and well kept. Very affordable!

I have had my belongings in storage here just over a year now with no issues. I am able to access my unit 24/7 with my gate access code. This location has several security cameras and I would definitely recommend them.

I've only ever needed storage space 2 times, and both times I chose Simply Self Storage. There is a place directly across the street from where I currently live, but their prices were much higher. Getting the space and moving my stuff in was a very easy process. Susan, the property manager is such a nice lady, and is very helpful with any questions. I don't imagine I'll ever store my belongings anywhere else, unless I move further away.

Love the place. I made a mistake one time & locked my unit thinking it was closed. I received a call from Susan (property manager) later that day telling me what I did. I happened to leave town, & wasn't able to get back for a couple of days. She watched my unit for me, & kept my stuff safe. At that time I was moving from one apartment to my new house, & had over $6000 worth of antique & collectors guns. Thank you Susan for being there for me.

It's OK... Except the prices go up far too often and they only send some very nondescriptive postcard as notice.

They have the size you want at a good. competitive price. They are caring and helpful. If you have mitigating circumstances, they are understanding and compassionate. I could move my things closer to where I live, but I really like the staff here. So I'll drive a little to get the awesome service I get.
