Not all storage facilities are the same, and SecureCare on 3800 Bragg Blvd is the best. I’ve had a storage unit here for five years. Compared with other facilities I’ve used in different cities and different companies, this facility is the best. It is also the most affordable. Aaron, the Property Manager, is super helpful and responsive whenever I’ve had questions about my unit. I’m a very pleased customer.

I had been renting two 10’x20’ units here at Northwest for about a year- very well built units, great management, would even give me a courtesy text if my auto pay didn’t work, before incurring any late charges. Recently moved out due to downsizing - and was generously given extra time at no charge due to unexpected delays. Very real, workable management and solid/secure units (block walls not just corrugated metal!).

Amazing place and service

The storage unit itself is fine. Exactly what you expect. The only issue I have with iStorage is there customer service support. It's abysmal. Problems right in front of your face are transferred halfway across the world to a call center, which is where they'll die, unresolved, because the property manager will never call you back. Leaves some room for improvement. If you're the guy with the massive wasp nest on the back of your unit, I feel for you. I tried calling to get it removed. Nothing ever happened. Tuck in your pants and shirt and pray next time you enter your unit I guess....

Hello Storage Solutions I'm Jeremy I have had a unit at the storage location for longer than a year and I have to say this has been the best experience I've ever had when it comes to storage units. First off I would love to speak about the management here. Ms.Lacona Brown has over exceeded expectations. She has been nothing but great to me. She is kind. As long as you communicate with her she is willing to help if she can. The upkeeping of the property is really nice and clean. I have noticed as time has been passing from the last owners that ran the place. Since she has been here I haven't had not one complaint. She is very helpful to the customers. I have been in that office waiting for my turn to pay my storage unit bill, And just seeing how she handles the customers as they come through the door they are smiling when they realize she is here to give them the best service.Not only Ms.lacona being the amazing person and manager. The team that is behind her is very polite and helpful as well. They are very communicative. And to be honest this is the kind of storage unit this place needed to be long time ago so I'm pretty sure that the community is happy to have them around. Thank you so much. Joe has always been there to help when needed and is a wonderful asset to this team. Storage units are good although the upstairs needs an elevator, as it only has ramps. If it weren’t for Joe, I may have looked elsewhere.

We rented two units for a few months while relocating. The manager, Briley W., was always responsive and helpful. We liked the location because there's a resident mgr. and its being next to the Bend FD and in a high traffic westside location seemed to offer little more security than other storage sites.

Positives-Clean space, plenty of lighting, attentive staff. Negatives-front gate doesn’t work, key pads for buildings don’t work, door to my building doesn’t even latch, only security as far as I know is camera coverage and my own lock on my unit.

Security is sketchy at best. The gate remains open for hours on end. Cameras and gate codes do not deter thievery.

Pacey provides the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE of any property manager running Right Space. This company rocks and so does the services she provides!

The property manager April has been awesome. I frequently see April walking the premises making sure the units are safe. She puts the Secure in SecurCare at this location. One time when my daughter thought she had locked the unit back, the latch was not fully slid over and seated, so anyone could have gotten into my unit, but April kept trying until I was able to answer the phone then I drove over real quick to relock the unit. Well, after 4 years I noticed I had slowly moved enough of my bulk into my new place so I had to make the call to end my lease.

Went to get a small unit, and ended up with a 10×20. The manager Sheila knows the property, showed me the difference in the units. Couldn't of asked for a better experience. I even offered Sheila a job. Hope she thinks about it.

Absolutely, one of the best experience's, as far as storage rental ... But, with much more! I arrived, moving out of other storage rental (b.s., lies, thieves, drugs, etc. @ Just Storage 2nd & Cheyanne), and was on the phone with corporate trying to rent before office closed at 6pm....it was 5:54. Michael greeted me and got me in quickly with WAY better unit. The gate hours were MUCH BETTER than M-F 9:30-6, Sat 9:30-5, and closed on Sun!), and the I it's are clean, accessible, etc! Great cust service, location, EVERYTHING! It was about 2x's more than what I was paying, however, WORTH EVERY CENT (just to be out of Just Storage), and would've payed quadruple! JK... Don't get any ideas, Michael...lol. ABSOLUTELY 5 STARS, ALL DAY, EVERYDAY! 👍🏼😁

Rented a unit for 4 months to deal with moving. The service was great, my unit was clean, dry, and odor free. Access was very easy, using a pin # to enter the gate. The introductory price that was offered at the time I signed up helped my cost quite a bit! After that, the price was on par with other locations. If you need a unit, I highly recommend this facility!

I chose Right Space Storage because my friend has used them for years with no complaints. I recently needed temporary storage and Albert took great care in getting me set up. The facities are clean and they have convienent hours of access. After dissapointments with other storage businesses, I would highly recommend Albert and Right Space Storage.

Adam .. Has gone above and beyond to help with the break in to our storage unit, called us immediately and then helped me recover boxes we found on the other side of the gate all empty of course but he did help me and with the disposal of the boxes my unit was completely ransacked, but gave me all the info to properly file my claim and if I had any questions to let him plus offered a different unit ... Very appreciative of his patience and support some of the items taken were Xmas gifts.. I have been using IStorage for close to 3 years... So it's disappointing that people think they can just take things that others have worked hard to have the things that they want and for someone else to just take it.. First and foremost I didn’t even know that this storage facility existed! The prices were too good to be true, so I went in person to see what were the issues. Albert who works the front desk was absolutely soooo amazing!! He was so kind and his customer service was above and beyond. He was very helpful and went over the facility with me and what would be the best options for my needs. I was still shocked about the pricing 🤯 The facility is VERY CLEAN! It is also completely secure! The facility has an elevator and a couple of carts to help get your things to the second floor and it very much functional. With the prices, it’s nice to know that I can basically have the extra space to store things closer to my home. Thank you Albert so so much! If you are worried about the rental increase, I did wait some time for it to go up to see how crazy it was going to be, but nope, it didn’t go up much and it kept me within my budget. I definitely wish that there were more Rightspace facilities in the area to service our community, because some of the other companies are just flat out robbing people, it’s absolutely sad. I've had a unit here for a while now and the facilities are always kept up with and working properly. I've only had 1 issue and it was immediately addressed and corrected. Ms Laura that works in the front office is always super helpful and attentive.

The staff at Move It went above and beyond. When they found out that we were going to be loading and unloading a truck into the storage space. They changed spaces so that we'd be able to back up our truck right to it. Really great people.

If you need some extra storage space, check out Northwest Self Storage. Bryley, manager of the units at the Century Drive Facility in Bend, is exceptional! Friendly and helpful in choosing the right unit, assisting with access when I forgot my entry code, answering questions about options, etc. It's lovely to engage with a service that is welcoming, kind and personable. The location is great and the unit layout is designed to easily access each unit. Adequate space is provided to drive onto the lot without tight squeezes between buildings and vehicles can enter and exit by making a loop around the buildings providing for easy traffic flow. All in all, it definitely qualifies for a 5 star review!

This storage facility has been a secure place to keep our trailer for quite a few years now. It started out costing $31 a month and now the rate is going to $125 a month. I understand the cost of everything is going up, but there is no way we’re going to pay that. It’s just too high so we are pulling our trailer out . Thanks for the memories

In 2024, I moved back to Detroit, Michigan after living on my mom’s estate in Pleasant Grove, Alabama, when her life was taken in 2020 due to Covid-19. No son loves their mom more than I loved mine. So when I paid $7,000 to have all mother’s belongings transported back to Michigan with me in 2024. There was no other storage facility, I felt, that would protect mother’s belongings and treat them with the respect I believed they deserved, better than IStorage. IStorage Property Manager, Sylvia Thomas, is not only knowledgeable about IStorage rules and regulatory policies. She doesn’t use her knowledge to hurt/burden customers with additional worries when customers are usually dealing with a lot of pain. We’ve come a long way from break in’s and trash all over the place. I really like they took the time to listen to renters about all the illegal activity that was going on. I’m glad to see the extra mobile security units. The place has been kept up since Steve I think his name is has been there. I see more walk throughs from him and I see house keeping always making there rounds and picking up the place. I also think the signs are working warning people about illegal trash dumping. The place has come a long way and looking great keep up the good job.

I needed a unit asap, and called over because I used your company a few months ago, when I first moved to NC. After talk to the rep., I needed to see what my best course of action was, and what size unit I needed, etc. Robert the manager from the location called me, and this made me to able to make my decision right then and there. I ended up stopping at the location before closing and Robert took care of everything for me, and I actually ended up unloading my van earlier then I planned. His attention to my needs was everything that I really needed and so glad that I did this today. There are not too many things that you are able to do where someone helps you in your time of need, where you are able to make the decisions you really need to take. I am going through some personal aspects, and something that most probably would not completely understand, but my time in North Carolina has not been the best. And the struggles out there are real, so this country could not change any sooner. I am truly blessed that there are still some good people out there, and are willing to help others, but you still need to watch out for those who don’t want to help. God bless. 🙏 Thanks, E-d.

It was easy to move from one storage room to another, the only thing I didn’t like was that I only had 48 hrs to move and unfortunately I got called into work BUT the manager was so nice to give me the weekend to move my stuff since they were closed on Sunday anyway, so they get 5 stars from me!! Normally I can’t get ahold of anyone but now when I can’t I am transferred to a rep somewhere!!! Thanks Jason!!

Recently a new company took over my self storage place, so I stopped by there to check on my units. Barb was in the office and I was very pleased with her cust service. Friendly as well as helpful. Normally, she handles a different property but was taking care of this location temporarily during this changeover with NSA storage, so I was very happy with her knowledge & attitude with all my questions.

When I got my Storage, they treated me with kindness, knowledge, sincerity to get what I wanted and thanks to Crystal I got the perfect Storage unit and for that I’m very grateful 😊
