Rented a unit online at 5am and it was easy as pie!!! When I got to the unit later that morning it met all my expectations! I rented climate control and it was clean, cool and perfect size for me. Tami was so helpful getting me all set up and I look forward to working with her there for many more months! And they have an app to open the gate from your car which is awesome!

The guys where very careful, worked at a timely paced to get my things moved in the time i payed for.

I was able to complete the entire rental process online and it was easy. I also got a great price for what should be a short term rental as I wait for my new apartment to become available. One other note. I had rented the locker on a Sunday afternoon, put my belongings in the locker and locked it up. I thought. I got a call Monday from the young lady working that morning that although I had put the lock on and locked it I had failed to slide the bar over that actually prevents the door from opening. I made a quick drive over to the facility to fix my mistake. I am very grateful for the effort of the employee to make sure everything was in order and protected at the facility.

First of all, I have stored my “stuff” here for almost three years and I am very satisfied with this company! The person that I do business with when I visit is GiGi Pastor! 4 stars because the price is a little steep for the size of the units and the gate locks at a certain time so you can't access your unit without paying extra, but everything else is phenomenal. Gail the manager was very sweet and will work with you the best she can. Also never had anyone attempt to break into my unit here which is saying something compared to most storage places.

I was moving from florida to Texas purchased a unit and ended up gettin a house in Dallas. Called and they refunded me with no problem due to me gettin a house before arrival! The best customer service!

We came to pick up a refrigerator and we don’t have a unit here, but we were waiting outside the gate in our car for the person that we were picking it up from and the guy that works here came out and offered us waters. He knew we weren’t customers but he came out anyway. You just don’t come across people like that often. :)

The staff at this location are awesome!! Hailey is wonderful! She patiently walked me through the whole process. They even let you use their moving truck for free!! Thad called to make sure everything was great with our move and unit Gotta love great customer service!!

Although the lease was an issue I will say that the Conroe location did provide excellent customer service. They heard our grievances and quickly gave us a call to see if they could do anything. No issues what so ever with the customer service.

Great place for storage. Staff is super friendly and helpful. One of the main reasons why I decided to go with them. Only downfall I see is pricing. I won't say where but my friend goes to another place. Could fit a car in his unit if he wanted to and pays half of what I pay. I could put maybe one street motorcycle in mine and some boxes. It's a small unit but I am happy with it. Nice and clean.

Great customer service and easy to deal with from start to finish!

Terry and his crew have been lifesavers for my husband and I. After a nasty infestation thanks to our apartment complex not taking care of a tenant's bedbug issue, they were sympathetic and helped give a good price for a unit despite the incredibly short notice. The staff always has a smile every time we come and has been helpful during our situation. 10/10 would recommend and rent again.

The new management are exceptionally well tuned to helping customers. The property is well maintained and secure. With close proximity to the Interstate, it allows easy access and so if you want peace of mind, I highly recommend Locktite Storage in Conroe. Terry and Hailey are very competent and helpful. Five stars for sure!!!
