I received great service and a reasonable rate. The staff was professional and assisted with all my needs.

Janelle is always so helpful and a delight to talk with when I see her. She does a great job taking care of this place, I see her making her rounds, assisting customers, and with such a good attitude every time! I have been storing my things here for 2 years or maybe even 3 now, and I've not had any issues that caused me to leave, so 5 stars from me.

Management was helpful, responsive, and personable. I called many locations and even though this one is a bit more of a drive, I still feel it's worth it. Management answered all questions and even sent me a clear map with instructions to make my move in easier. Please stay awesome!

10x20 unit is good except online description said there was good lighting, but the size I got had no lighting .

Janelle at the front helped me get in and out within 15 minutes. She helped me pick a unit and setup my unit. She's on top of her work and was a step ahead the entire encounter.

Storeage unit

We needed storage once again and we used Iron Guard back in 2020 Jessica helped us. She was very Professional and Courteous, didn’t take long with paperwork. Went back in 2022 and still received a warm welcome and Jessica was Awesome once again. THANKS

The numbering of the units is a bit wonky. Got lost and couldn't find mine until I realized the first digit is the building number and the second bit is the unit number. A dash or space between the two would be nice. There was an elderly lady that stopped me as I was unloading some stuff that had the same problem lol. Other than that it's pretty good.

Jessica is the best at i storage due to money problems I was having she went above and beyond to help see me get my unit payed so it did not go to auction I will definitely be going back to store my belongings there in future

This is my first time writing a review so you know the service had to be excellent… I’ve been using this storage unit since October 2020 and I’ve never had an issue. Karen and Jessica were so helpful and went above and beyond to help me anytime I needed it. Amazing customer service. Definitely recommend using this location.

Reservation of my storage was very easy. The property manager was helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place for anyone to use as a storage rental.

I rented an unit online and when I went after hours my gate code would not work. I was stressing because we had a U-Haul loaded and needed to get in. I called the number on the door and no answer but the manager called me back. She reset my gate code and got us in to unload. Next time I rent online I will call to make sure everything went through but it all worked out and the unit was clean and easy to get to.

They were very friendly, professional, and helpful! The storage units are very clean and well maintained.

Reasonable prices and good service. I like the month-to-month rents (no long-term lease) and variety of storage spaces.

I have had a storage unit here for a year now. Initially I started with a 5x10 and had to upgrade units to a 10x15. Anita and Jessica have been so accommodating and good to me over the last year. Any time I call and they aren't able to answer they call me back. The customer service has been wonderful and truly appreciated! Thank you for all you do ladies. :)

Their customer service is outstanding. Not only did they go above-and-beyond to try to find units that would fit our needs, but they provided us with discount pricing and no-deposit on our reservations. Unfortunately, we ended up canceling the reservations, and Iron Guard could not have been nicer!!! Sooo refreshing to deal with professional people who care about their clients!
