I recently leased a space here and there were some missteps on my part concerning the actual start date and when I could move. Kenny was very professional and knowledgeable about the whole process and was able to accommodate my needed changes. He was courteous and friendly over the phone and in person and was very pleasant to work with. The property seems to be well kept and the unit itself is clean and undamaged and I expect to keep my things there long term. Definitely recommend!

I have been a client for over three years and have two units at the 4300 W Davis location. I frequently access both units on a weekly basis so I consistently see firsthand, how the place is managed and kept. Main points: THERE ARE: NO BUGS, NO TRASH LAYING AROUND, NO DUMPING PROBLEMS, NO BROKEN SECURITY GATES. My units are in two separate buildings, both of which are always IMPECCABLY clean. Those things are important to me. I’ve been very happy and the staff has always been very accommodating for me. I am a loyal client, not interested in going anywhere else and I’m so content here that I don’t even do price comparisons with other companies. Mainly because this place is so well-kept, cleaned, secured and monitored. Maya and Kenny are always helpful and knowledgeable on anything I need. They treat me with respect and as though they really appreciate me as a longstanding tenant. Their boss, Kelly keeps a close eye on the facility and makes sure the staff have everything they need for their administrative and maintenance needs onsite. I never hear Maia or Kenny complaining about corporate or needing funds for maintenance repairs, etc. The company and the staff members I have met thus far operate a very smooth running machine and appear to work very well together; the staff members seem to respect and appreciate their boss and that makes me feel more comfortable as a tenant. when I see the staff and their superiors looking out for each other, that lets me know, they will also look out for me and my valuables locked up in my storage units at their facility. Security is amazing at this facility and there’s no riffraff problematic type tenants; it’s mostly business owners storing commercial, business supplies or inventory, or people storing house full of furniture in between moves, etc, the clean tidy working class and retirees you get my drift. On a side note…I noticed review from a previous user, stating her opinion of the facility, however, it does not make sense because she purposefully took photos of about 15 different units and nobody has that many units, so I suspect she was on a mission to retaliate, which usually occurs after a tenant suffers the consequences of not paying their storage fees. I highly recommend this company. I love this place and it suits my small business needs and they take great care of me. NO COMPLAINTS! 💎💎💎💎💎

Challenging at first to get everything set up but that was more on my end then theirs. The manager Janelle is like the best person there! She is very helpful and very understanding when things happen. She works with you and is super super nice! I’m not sure about every other location but this one was amazing and had the best person they possibly could running it!

We reserved a unit at another facility but GPS routed us here. Nonetheless, Myah was able to offer us a better deal and saved us the hassle. She and Madeline are terrific! The customer service deserves 10 stars! It's also a one stop shop, we were able to purchase all the packing materials and utilize their dollies! Thanks to them our move was a success.

Myah helped me so much and I appreciate everything she did! I was trying to move homes and needed direction on which trucks/trailers to use and which storage units. Myah was always very patient with me and walked me through the process. When I showed up frantically with my trailer she calmly directed me. I would definitely recommend iStorage and use it again in the future!

I signed up with services this morning. My son and I couldn't figure where the storage was. Patricia had just gotten in the office and was very helpful. The office hadn't even opened up for another hour. Patricia was very attentive to our needs. I always tell my son people do not have to be nice but I'm forever grateful for Patricia. Storage Plus of Conroe is a Beautiful property. The manager is a delight and very helpful! If you looking for storage is Conroe make sure to stop by Storage Plus of Conroe and let them help you find your perfect fit!

Although this property is currently under renovations, the staff are still so patient and polite. I am so indecisive and couldn't tell if I wanted the smaller unit or the larger unit (Maloree recommended that larger unit that way I can organize my things better). Very informative staff! I am excited to see what this property is going to look like.

Clean and locked up very tight.... This is a newer facility and all the climate controlled units are spotless.

I am very pleased with the storage facilities and customer service of Preferred Mini Storage. I recommend my clients to this facility due to the security, fair pricing, and customer service provided by Sara Leflore. I have a 10x10 unit and was able to get my one bedroom apartment worth of belongings in there. Other storages I have seen install wire at the top of the unit cheating you out of valuable space. However Preferred Mini does not install these giving twice the space vertically.

We happened to be in Las Vegas when Kristen, kristi, crystal had called, can’t quite remember her name! But she had called to let me know my unit was not locked! I explained the sition of where we were & she said, “no worries! I’ll take care of it!” When we returned a week later she had added multiple locks to our unit to lock it up! These guys are amazing!
