Very nice ladies who work the front. Needed my storage ASAP and they made it very easy. Explained all charges to me and set me up quickly. Overall pleasant experience which moving is stressful enough. I would recommend this place to anyone who asked.

We’ve been doing business for years with this location and Linda has always been there for us. She extremely helpful, courteous, and accommodating. These people are great! We called and drove around to several places in Corpus and were greeted by locked doors and auto-phone services with no real people. We stopped by this place and were greeted by two very nice people that were beyond helpful!. They took us around to compare unit sizes and each one we viewed was very clean. Rental set up was easy too. I am having trouble setting up my portal account with the information provided on the site and got locked out. I'm sure that I will figure it out. Highly recommend!

Very friendly and professional people! Had a unit for about 3 months and it was very spacious and clean, the security gate is a nice feature and they also have one rental uhaul unit that is free for people who have storage! I wish uhaul would give them another one, but other than that this place is excelllent!

I loved my experience of using this storage facility! It was very clean and the staff was very friendly and aware (they will notify you if you don’t lock up correctly) it was also very easy to make payments! I also never had any issues with anything that I had stored everything was in great condition when I took it out! I highly recommend using this facility!

Great place for buisness...

The staff, Linda and Melissa, are great to deal with and are very helpful. The premises is kept very clean. Security it pretty tight here. Access is controlled through a gate, there is continuous video monitoring of the premises, the units are also individually alarmed, and there are people living on-site. Basically, your stuff is safer here than at a regular storage unit without these security measures. Prices are very reasonable. All-in-all, a great place to get a storage unit.

Great safe place to store belongings. I accidentally forgot to lock the door on the unit and I was notified and they kept an eye on the storage unit until I was able to go and lock the unit properly.. thank you very much!

Linda is AMAZING! The facility is always clean and very secure. each unit has their very own door alarm and I have peace of mind when I'm away or out of town. The staff goes all out to make their customers feel comfortable. They have all sizes from small to large, rentable p.o. boxes, parking space storage, and packing supplies. it's a one stop shop. I love it!

Awesome place to store your stuff

I have been happy with the quality of the storage units. They are very competent at raising the price every year and giving you email notice of that price increase. They also are very quick to send emails and voice messages when you are one day past due. YET, when they make a change of online payment processing, they forget how to communicate with their customers to let them know that they have to set up new accounts. At this time when online fraud is rampant, this leaves your customers feeling vulnerable and confused.

It's a good place to store your things. They have a good selection of different size storage units. It is fenced in with a personalized entry code for the security gate. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone needing a good, secure place to store their personal belongings.

The staff at The Storage Place was extremely friendly and professional. I was moving and preoccupied with a dozen other tasks, but they followed up with me to ensure my unit was reserved. I never had a problem getting into or leaving the gate. The units were clean and maintained. I made my payments online which was convenient. All in all, exactly what I was looking for in a storage.
