The online process to rent a storage unit was so easy to do. Joe was friendly and helpful. He was able to answer all my questions. My only complaint is the road inside the gate. The potholes have evolved into craters. Please add some gravel or something.

This is the second time I've rented a Uhaul truck from here and had a great experience both times. Amber, the woman running the office, is what made the difference in my opinion. She was knowledgeable, got me in and out quickly, made sure I had everything I needed, answered all my questions and most importantly SHE WAS SUPER FRIENDLY, GREAT ATTITUDE AND HAD A SMILE THE WHOLE TIME! Great customer service is something most businesses are lacking these days, but Amber excels in that area. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
