Briana is very very polite and understanding.i chose the wrong unit and she allowed me to change units and even stayed late a few minutes to fix everything for me to accommodate me...she's a great property manager who knows how to treat her customers...some stores should send their employees to learn from her.

The staff here are extremely helpful and go the extra to make your experience as good as they can. I needed a place for the 5th wheel trailer I purchased. They had a few people move out which made room for me. The original spot they assigned me was tight and a bit of a hairy backup. So they put me in another spot much easier to pull through. This place not only has competitive prices but make the process so much better.

Can't say enough good things about this storage facility. Staff is awesome and they go the extra mile to make sure you get a spot that fits you. The facility is big enough to get your rigs around without any headache. The only thing I wish they had was covered RV storage and dump station but, those aren't deal breakers for me considering the good price and great service.

Been renting a RV space for 3 years now. Property is always clean. Office staff is pleasant and helpful. Location is convenient to Interstate 10 and Loop 303.

Westview Storage is the best! mostly because of Dana and the staff there. Dana has always been very professional and has shown genuine concern for any questions I have ever had in the 5 years at the Goodyear location. The only thing I don't like is from time to time in the last couple of years, I receive emails trying to get me to purchase there own supplemental insurance. I am already insured very well, but still get emails from Westview trying to sell additional insurance.

We moved to Cotton Lane Resort in February & needed storage close by. Dana was so helpful & is always a pleasure to talk with. They have great customer service & we love the convenience having our storage so close.

Where do I start? From start to finish the people in the office were just over the top great! Ernie helped us when we couldn't get the truck unhooked from the fifth wheel (we are new to this) by calling over a friend. He didn't hesitate to help however he could. We are beyond happy with this arrangement.

It's a storage place, had a 8×10 unit non insulated, no light, $85.00 a month, auto pay, no worries. 10 months latter new house is completed. HOORAY were out of here.

Day 1 and its a nice facility, and decent pricing. $90 a month for a 10x10 (which also includes insurance. Thats about the standard pricing for most storage facilities. Only downside is no lights inside the unit.

It's clean,gated,cameras,friendly staff,offered me a two unit price deal,without asking for a deal they just gave it to me,big units only,designed with heavy rains in mind,not worried about water damage happening..so no review for me...

We were so incredibly grateful for the office manager we ended up getting a storage inside for all the stuff that made our RV cluttered and an outside space for our toys. It literally is right next door to the cotton lane RV park which we stay at every year.

This was an amazing experience for me. I traveled 3.5 hours to store our trailer . When we arrived the office was friendly and very helpful with directions and making sure all my questions were answered.The security of the facility is equipped with cameras and an electric gate. I am very pleased my trailer has a safe home for now. I have been with this facility about a year and I am forced to put my stuff in storage due to the pandemic. I can’t even begin to explain or say how thankful this manager and staff have helped us. I needed a big storage unit and even though they only have one size they made sure we got 2 side by side. Reserved it by or RV spot for our convenience. I even lost the key to my lock and they were willing to help me. Luckily I found the key by the next day but just knowing that they were there was amazing. Great place to store your things without having to worry. I believe that they truly are here for the people!

We are moving from another RV storage facility to this one because: 1) Closer to home 2) Staff members are friendly and helpful 3) RV wash and vacuum onsite 4) Propane refill onsite 5) Dump station onsite 6) Tire air fill onsite, etc. The bottom line is that prior to renting a space here it took stops to SEVERAL places to prepare the RV for a trip, or put it to bed after a trip, and this facility has it all in ONE place. We now have the freedom to end a trip by dropping the RV off, going home to rest and returning at our leisure to clean up. At our ages the conveniences and amenities we now have in a single place will get us traveling more often.

I've used Storage Solutions on and off for the last 20 years. I've always had a great experience with them. I will continue to use their facilities for years to come. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Huge storage facility for RVs, cars & everything else. So clean, modern and many size choices. Isolated and very difficult for anyone to gain access who doesn't belong there. Unit doors triple hinged, not "roll-top". Your belongings are safe and sound!

Extremely helpful and friendly! The best customer service I have ever received! Reasonable prices as well. I had call them around 5 pm and they closed by 5:30 I believed, but they still let me sign up for 2 storage and let me stay after 7pm to unload everything. And I only had 1 problem the first night but they quickly fixed it the next day and apologized. When I moved out, I forgot that you're supposed to give 10 day notice and I gave 7 but the lady at the front worked with me and was so sweet about it. I swear, this was my first time ever needing a storage and it was my first great experience!

Nice and friendly staff, the grounds seem to always be clean. The entire place has been re-coated with blacktop. It's a bit difficult to find, but access is easy. Be prepared, there is usually someone waiting to tailgate through the entrace, which is against the rules, but those waiting don't seem to care.
