All leases we offer are month-to-month. Whether you only need storage for a month or longer, there is no need to sign an additional lease to accommodate a greater need. Stay for as long as you will need storage without fear of lengthy commitments. While you are welcome to utilize your storage unit for less than a month, prepayment of one month is required and will not be prorated if your use is less than one month.

Reasonable prices, excellent customer service (Yesenia and Maria are extremely knowledgeable, very professional and easy on the eyes to boot) and convenient location makes for a storage solution bundle that's hard to beat. The corporate office should however make a notation on the website as the access hours are listed incorrectly. The access hours are actually 6am-9pm, seven days a week, every day of the year. I know this has caused much confusion in the past.

Website office hours are listed correctly. Gate access hours are, however, wrong. The gates unlock for the public at 6am daily and close promptly at 9PM. NOT 10PM AS THE WEBSITE SAYS. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly helpful and friendly. I was unable to get the unit I reserved due to damage done that morning. They compensated me a month's rent minus the insurance. They are very pretty as well. Highly recommend this one

It's a decent storage facility for the price. They provided access with a pin code to enter and to exit so they can track activities. Diana was a charm and a lifesaver! She made our first time visit comfortable since we were a bit stressed out and ran into some issues she resolved. Thank you Diana.

This actual location is okay. The unit we were originally assigned was a mess. Luckily, the staff was helpful and did help us get into a different unit that was better but still not impeccable. Also, the website does not specify that you can't move in over the weekend. It makes it sound like you can get moved in at any time and just does not make that clear at all. This caused a lot of frustration for us as we did need to move in over the weekend. Our original unit seemed like it didn't exist because they had to replace the door I guess and didn't change the numbers on it so it was really confusing. When we finally did get in that unit the light was hanging down and wouldn't turn on so we asked for a different one. Luckily they had one. It did have a hole in the drywall, but other than that seemed decent. No smell or evidence of pests. They did have a pest trap in the building. It's also nice that it is within a gate that you need a code to get into. It wasn't too bad pulling a u-haul trailer though here as long as you know where you are going (we did get stuck at a dead end in the entrance and needed help from a kind stranger to back it out for us). Overall our experience has been average at best, not horrible, not fantastic.

Straight forward budget storage rentals. Competitive pricing and facility looks secure. The property manager Maribel is very professional and seems to run a tight ship. Minor drawbacks; - the light in my unit did not work - $10 monthly insurance fee not shown upfront online - access is 6 am - 9 pm, not 24/7, if that matters to you.

Denasia was absolutely the best person I have ever talked to on the phone since FOREVER she told me the prices answered every question and she was super professional she also made me very confident in a choice of witch storage unit I should get and how to get the best deal. Due to many issues our company had with one owner of the property and were not able to reach a mutual agreement. We were forced to move all of company's belongings into a couple of storage units.
