Highly recommend this place. I am a music major at UNT, and I’ve been leaving my stuff in SecurCare Self Storage for 4 years. Never had a problem. My 3 roomates and I all share a unit. This last time my own personal lock got stuck, and the property manager helped me WITH MY OWN LOCK, not the ones you can check out. He grabbed his tools and walked with me to the other side of the property on a 109° Denton summer day to help me out. Reliable, cordial, and kind!!!! 10/10

I lost my keys to my storage. U do have to call to make a schedule to break and/or get a new lock and their is a fee but if early enough u can schedule to get it within that day. I didnt get his name but he was very helpful and respectful. Nice guy to talk to and has a great smile if your feeling down.

The manager, C.W., was so accommodating and professional. He drove me to my unit on his golf cart, so I didn’t have to walk. He also helped me save a lot of money, on top of just being friendly and having a nice conversation. I definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone living in/near the area.

I have rented a climate controlled storage unit at this location for almost two years. I appreciate the cleanliness and locked gates. There have been some ups and downs but corporate and the local area manager actually listened to my concerns and objections, making corrections and /or adjustments. I really appreciate upper management taking the time to hear my concerns and taking action.

Madison in the front office was exceptional at walking us through the process of getting a unit! I run a non-profit that leases a storage unit at the Denton facility and over the last few weeks the experience has vastly improved. The new property manager, Madison, has done a great job of maintaining the property and the communication has been outstanding. The Iron Guard facility is very well maintained and very clean. The temperature controlled units are perfect for items that need extra protection. The manager and the staff are always helpful. They have boxes, locks, and other storage supplies in case we need them.

This place is top on my list for storage needs. I rented for nine months. I never had a bad evperience. Great service people who were kind and there for you.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience here!! I found Iron Guard Storage Denton after looking at about 7 other storage area. I had very specific needs. After defining my requirements I was shown a few different possibilities and chose one. When I brought the items to be stored, I realized that a miscalculation was made and I couldn't store what I needed. Nothing else was available that would accommodate my needs with the setup I had. I thought I was going to have to go elsewhere, but Doug came running out to the parking lot to stop me. He went way out of his way to help me and was able to provide a solution that allowed me to stay and store everything I needed. He really cared about making sure I was able to meet my needs and keeping me as a renter. If you have storage renting needs in Denton, you NEED to stop by here and check them out. To make things easy (because its what I mainly look at in a review) here is a list detailing the site and my experience. Pros: - The Staff, The Staff, The Staff. They are extremely warm and seemed to know the renters personally. Its very obvious they care about your experience and concerns. (as referenced in the story above) - The prices are extremely competitive and the specials are fantastic. - The site is large so there is a lot to choose from. - They offer a wide variety of rental options. - It was surprising at how much room there was on the streets between the units which is good for bringing larger vehicles in to load/unload. - They offer a good selection of items such as boxes, locks, covers, ect onsite for convenience and the prices are decent. - Site was clean and well kept. Cons: (didn't have much but want to be fair and open on the review) - They do not offer 24 hour entry. Times are 6AM-9PM, 7 days a week. This had no bearing on my needs, but may come into play in some situations. Not many of the storage sites that I visited were 24 hours. Most had hours similar to this. The ones that were had significantly higher cost and very little (or absolutely no) availability.
