OH MY GOSH!!!! LORI & DELIA ARE AMAZING!!!! I needed a storage unit real bad, real fast. Other places I called did not have the storage unit in the size I needed. I arrived at SecureCare Self Storage office on Pebble Hills and was pleasantly greeted by both Lori and Delia. Lori immediately began asking all the right questions to gather information she would need to better assist me. She was attentive, knowledgeable, informative, efficient and above all, she was so professional and so courteous! I was given a tour to see the property by Lori and I immediately noticed the impeccably clean grounds and the super-duper clean storage unit! Of course, I made the decision to rent, not once, but twice. I currently have two storage units at two other facilities and I will be moving both over to SecureCare Self Storage at The Pebble Hills location because of the exceptional service received by Lori and Delia.

I went in recently looking for some short term storage for some items my wife and I had no room for in our new home. Delia and Lory I believe we’re the nice ladies attending to me. Had some bad luck recently at some other storage lots with some of the employees who couldn’t answer basic questions regarding renting a unit. However here was a different story. Delia answered all my questions and her and lory were very friendly and most of all kind. Very pleasant experience and highly recommend to anyone looking for a smooth rental process for storage. Me and my mom have been with this storage unit for as long as I can remember Lori the manager has been such a great help and jst over all a good person to be around could not thank her more for all the help she has given me and my mom over these past years.

Its so unfortunate that most storage facilities don't live up to the high standard that Lori sets. My husband and I have been looking nonstop for a storage close to home to put all our extra stuff. This storage is a little farther and about $10 more than the competition. But the facility is so clean and very nice. Lori gave us the piece of mind knowing that our stuff will be safe!! You Go Girls!!! Oh and not to forget Lori's right hand Delia. They both are bubbly and awesome!! Maybe future karaoke on Girls night out!!!

So after a Neverending conundrum in my house and having any extra space i visted the SecurCare on Pebble Hills i spoke to Lori which i assume is the manager due to her knowledge in helping my wife and i choose the right size unit for all our holiday decor and all that fun stuff. She even recommended me the disc padlock which makes me feel better knowing this will keep it all secure!! She even showed me 2 units that were very clean and reflecting the cleanliness of the property. Unlike other buisness i went to where the weeds are over grown just looking like they were not maintained very well. But this property is on the ball! Prices are a little higher than competitors but lori and her positivity and willing to answer my farfetched questions without hesitation sold me. Thank you again, you are awesome

Using my phone, it was difficult to sign the lease. I had to scroll and hold it up to click accept, and even doing that, it never showed me that it was actually accepted. I didn’t realize until after I purchased 2 units that i got the notification that it worked. Because it was after the work day, they couldn’t refund one of the purchases right away. The concierge had to ask her supervisor and it’ll take two-3 business days.

I was looking for a 10 by 20 but they didn’t have it. Mike at the front was super nice! To bad I didn’t get to rent anything cause the location looked clean and well kept.

My experience here was very good! We signed up with a discount where we only paid $1 for the first month and then regular price going forward. We only needed the unit for a out 2-3 months. The regular price was around $160. Which is a little pricey for long term rental, but we made us choose this location was the $1 down the first month. We paid for the third month and ended up moving out within a week of making the payment. I called the office to verify if we would get prorated and the lady advised me that of all the information I needed to ensure I received my full prorated amount. There are some guidelines which could prevent you from getting a prorated refund. (I suggest inquiring about this if you plan on moving out mid month) the space we rented was very spacious and we were allowed entrance whenever we wanted. Overall our experience was a good one and if in the far future we need a storage unit and they have a discount we most definitely will be considering them. The front receptionist was always friendly as well and did not withhold any important information when asked questions.

Easy access storage and good security. I had no issues setting up my contract and the receptionist was user friendly. Don't get too comfortable with the initial rate as they tend to raise it quite rapidly (over 10% increase in less than a year for me).

I have rented several times from these folks. I have also referred several friends to them. The facility is great very clean and the managers go above and beyond to help you. I drive by there several times a day and always see them cleaning and putting up signs. The signs are very visible and informative. I would rent from them again. You can tell they take great pride in what they do.

Have had a storage place at Metro Self-Storage for many years -- and could not be happier. Mr. and Mrs. Bannister, the managers, are welcoming, accommodating, and really make things easy for their customers. The facility itself is nice, and I feel very confident about security there. I'd always dreaded having to put belongings in storage, but now that I've done so at Metro (formerly called Pebble Hills), I have been so relieved and pleased. I know that I really lucked out with this place, and I recommend it for anyone, whether large or small amounts, whether long- or short-term.
