Been renting a unit from Securcare for years. Kim, in the northeast, has always been awesome. The prices can be a bit high after your promotions end, but they work with you to get the cost back down. The staff makes themselves available just about any time you need something (we've had to have numerous locks cut due to lost keys) and they are always there to help. The security is good there as well. They have cameras on every row and someone walks around hourly to check on the rooms.

Kim has been so good to me the times I’ve rented units here! First, she is just a wonderful human being, kind, intelligent, and patient with an old woman; (me!). The first time I rented here I paid in person the first few months and she convinced me to switch to autopay, which really helped me. Now I have had a unit for almost a year and she’s helped me get into a larger unit recently that really saved the day for me! She deserves a raise!!!

Have had a nice calming experience here! They don't breath down your neck being inconsiderately nosey, I have felt very comfortable leaving my belongings here. I'm horrible with names but the main woman in the front desk is the one who has helped me the most even with getting a bigger storage unit. She is very patient and is always with an attitude of wanting to help and today she was awesome with an ungrade so I can close out my other storages and finally condense into one. Thank you so much ma'am!!!!

I've been renting here for years. It's a good place & Kim is great. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars is the rise in prices every year. The price I'm paying for my little storage is not worth it. I'm currently looking for another storage place. Just wish I could take Kim with me lol

They have really good deals online, the staff was very professional, they reached out to me to make sure everything was ok and verified appointment, the amount of space for the price you cant beat that deal. Your staff at this location is wonderful. Knowledgeable and very courteous. Always a pleasure to do business with them. But your corporate greed is too expensive for the El Paso economy. Nearby Extra Space Storage currently advertises a 5 X 10 for $46 and a 10 X 10 for $65 which is what I have been paying you for the last 5 years. You wanted to raise my rent to $75. Had I not been so satisfied with your staff at the Will Ruth location I would have left long ago.
