My fiancée just got us a storage unit here , i wasn’t made aware by him that he changed the unit the day prior so when i got there the lady Julie was riding around on her golf cart and helped me with opening the original unit. Her memory is great because we hadn’t even met one another nor was she aware of my name but she remembered that my fiancée had changed the unit and led me to the new one. She was very helpful and sweet . The only thing I can say so far is I did catch a huge cockroach running around but I mean the unit is outside so I’d hope it was just the case of it coming in and going back out and the other thing was the door to the right of the garage door jammed and a guy by the name of Jeremy helped and now all is good however considering this is month to month and we haven’t quite put all of our items in the unit just yet I can’t speak on the service and experience just yet so I’ll update this later once we move everything back out but I can say Julie and Jeremy stood out with their helpfulness ..

Julie and Jeremy are top notch managers at this facility. It is by far the nicest cleanest facility that I’ve ever used and it’s really cool that they actually have a loading dock. Their climate controlled areas are more like air-conditioned instead of the typical climate controlled, which is usually still muggy. Highly recommended.

She's a good help when it came down to all the questions I had for the ownership change. Sadly the card payments aren't working, but soon they will be.

We leased a 10x30 unit to hold our furniture while we prepared to move into our new home. I later downgraded to a smaller unit to hold a few items. The staff were couteous, professional, and made the leasing process simple. The facility is well maintained. I definitely recommend.

It's a great place to store your boat, RV's, tractor trailes and other belongings that needs to be placed indoors storage. Outdoor and surrounding areas are clean and has a lot of security cameras, strong gate that's well kept and bright lighting. The employees are kind and cater to your needs. The drawbacks about this place is it can be hard to get a storage unit and they raise their prices almost every year.

The employees at lock tite storage in Channelview are awesome very helpful with a ton of very good customer service. Treated me very well made me feel at home. Storages were clean with a ton of light and Aryial and pamala are the best. If you are in the area I recommend this storage to everyone.

My wife and i have 2 storage units here (comfort cooled). There are many reasons we enjoy storing here. 1) the air circulation in the buildings is great. We have stored here for over 6 months and our items are don't ever have dust. 2) between the autopay and my Quicken, im always on track. 3) the office is soooo cozy! It has the ambiance of a relaxing cafe.. with couches, coffee & snacks. Many offices in these services feel like a auto body shop, not here. 4) best for last.. drum roll.. the staff. You are treated like family! Pamela, Gene, Leslie, and Ayriel are all super nice and their mouths are frozen in a smile ha ha! If you're too shy to ask for coffee, they offer. If life is tough, they lend a sympathetic ear and work with you. I highly recommend storing here! Wonderful experience :-)

It was very easy and fast. Just wish they had specials for new customers. As in 1 month free or $25 down for 1st month. Other then that the space is nice and I like they have camera's. Staff is nice and I understand they can only give what the owners allow.

Everything is nice and clean. Just wish it was a bit more reasonable.

Words can't describe LockTite Storage. The staff was wonderful Mrs.Pamela was very helpful with every detail of our contract and insurance. LockTite is the first storage company I have heard that cares about the people and the community! I highly recommend LockTite Storage. I pray the Lord expands LockTite Storage abundantly.

I picked up a truck at the this location and the customer service was great! The two ladies did everything in their power to accommodate my arrangements due to some changes I had to make. They seemed concerned about our safety considering how bad the weather was that day. The customer service I was given is how EVERYONE should treat their customers. I don't remember their names but it was a curly haired lady and an older lady with glasses.

Really good place and safety everywhere

I have not had any complaints about this storage facility. The workers are very nice and helpful, units are clean, very easily accessible.
