Had a streamlined experience with istorage/Uhaul. Mike and Angel were both terrific in training newbies how to use the equipment on the truck and what to do if things go wrong. We have used their service twice and both times renting the uHaul was easy. We even returned the truck using the mobile app on a Sunday when the office is regularly closed. Will definitely rent from them again if needed.

Overall, my husband and I had an easy experience with iStorage Katy. Mike was extremely helpful when we moved in 3 years ago and was helpful when we moved out today. Renting the unit was user friendly, everything could be handled online. The price increased incrementally over time which wasn’t great. We would use iStorage again for storage or U-Haul services.

The staff was a pleasure to work with and the entire process was efficient and stress free.

I am relocating from Port Arthur Tx to the Brookshire area and this was the closest U-Haul renting company. So of course it was a score! I had the pleasure of renting from Mr. Mike who was very informative and respectful. I unfortunately played with time and end up arriving 2 hours after my initial time for reserving the van. He politely and respectfully informed me about the proper protocol and still allowed me to rent the van! (thank God!) He also assured me that if I need led anything again to come back and he’s always willing to work with me! FYI I can definitely drive delivery Vans for Amazon! 😅👍🏾

I came here looking for a place to store my RV. I was greeted by Mr. Varu and after explaining to him the details of what I needed he gave me a quick tour of the premises. Very clean and secure. After checking around at a couple of other places earlier, we liked this one the best and decided to sign contract. It’s month to month and don’t have to be locked in for a year. Good price, friendly folks.

I have had a storage unit at this location since April 2022 & they are beyond amazing. Not only did they have U-hauls on site to rent, but they also take the time to meet your needs. Understanding the unit has to be paid monthly, they work with you as long as you communicate with them. Mike has been extremely helpful & assisted me on several occasions. If you are looking for a storage unit in Katy, look no further!

Been renting a few units for some years now. Needed to upgrade to a larger unit. The Staff was very helpful, as always, and I was moved in less than 2 days. The District Management Team even followed up to make sure everything went smooth. Top Notch !!

I've used this location twice. The most recent time, 3/18/2020, they really got me out of a jam. I had a reservation at a different Uhaul location but no one ever showed up to open that specific location, but iStorage was open and had the vehicle I needed available. The manager assisted me both times and had excellent customer service. If I'm ever in the area again and need a vehicle, I would choose this location over any other Uhaul location.

Rented a truck and it was super fast. Wonderful lady working there. It is very easy getting out niw that the construction has moved to a different phase. Uhaul is so much better and more convenient than penske.

The crew has been very pleasant to work with. Since the first contact, Mr. Mike has been very polite and helpful. He answered all my questions and patiently showed me a couple units to let me decide before renting. Ms. Jay was very helpful and with a great attitude as well while formalizing my contract. Units look in great shape and a very clean facility in general. So far so good.

I recently moved into a new unit (largest one they have) and can't say enough good things about this location and it's manager! Check-in was fast and simple. Unit was clean and just as advertised. We finished up and dropped off our moving truck after hours on Saturday but accidentally left my cellphone in the truck. The owner came back to office and let me back in the truck to get it after hours. This was very kind and saved my a ton of headache! I'll be doing business here as long as I need storage in the Katy area.

I visited last couple of week ago for rent the uhaul and expecting the help for better deal, Mr. Mike was there and helping me and suggested all better options. Such a nice cooperative person and will definitely visit again when I need. Thanks for everything.

We had the best experience with them, in fact, they overcame our expectations. Their attendant was really polite and made sure to give us the best service every step of the way. And on top of that, they offered a great monthly rate. I recommend istorage in Katy.

The gentleman responded to my online request very quickly & was very friendly & helpful. My son & I looked at the unit the same day (Sat) & I signed the contract on Monday. Again he was great. The unit is easily accessible & very cool & we moved our stuff on Thurs the 4th of July.

Worked with Mike...very friendly and courteous. The only reason I picked 4 of 5 and not 5 is that the entrance to the facility is tight and there is little to no parking available. There are too many Uhaul trucks lining the entrance and even inside in the aisles/driveways which makes it a bit difficult to navigate. Otherwise, I'd recommend iStorage..second time we've used them.

This facility is great. And the manager is great here it took me 15 min and I was in and out with a storage unit in hand. My 2 complaints is that there are giant moving trucks blocking the entrance a lot and it is almost impossible to get in sometimes. And there is no lights in the storage units.

My home flooded during Hurricane Harvey and I needed a storage unit fast. Mike was so helpful and kind and took care of my needs. Each time I went in to pay my bill he asked about my situation and progress. A personal touch is always appreciated. The unit was clean and always accessible. I even received a call when I hadn't properly secured my lock. I highly recommend IStorage Katy. Ruby Cate

This place has awesome Clean storage units at great prices.

If my review were just for the local staff and facility, it would be 5 stars, no hesitation. My review though also must take into count the corporate side. Harvey hit a lot of people. Some of us have had severe interruptions in income, as well as unplanned expenses. The biggest source of revenue for me is small home repair. People here aren't exactly concerned with small home repairs at the moment, as many don't have a house they can live in at the moment. I work a small area. An area that 90% of the residences suffered flood damage. The first 3 weeks have been tearing out and drying out. We are just getting to where we can start rebuilding. Meaning, I'm just now starting to have cash flow again, as all the tear out I did was on a volunteer basis. I-storage is one of the few businesses in the area that seemed to have no sympathy for the local situation on the corporate level. All they saw was the chance to sell out to full capacity, with no sympathy for the customers they had before the flooding. Again, local staff and facility is excellent. They don need to concise some drainage changes. One of my units had a stream of water flowing through it during Harvey. The water wasn't able to go around the building fast enough, so it went through.
