Oh my after a long road trip I first made reservations with another storage unit and it was absolutely an horrible experience, I could not put my whole life in there, I mean everything I own would have been destroyed and infested. So I went back online and search for another place and this one caught my eyes and baby when I tell you it dud not disappoint it was more than I expected being that it was a last minute thing. I’m absolutely satisfied the unit was clean and free of infestation I loved it. I will definitely recommend them the service was fast and reliable a walk in the park. Will for sure use them in the future if ever needed again. If I can give more stars it’ll be 100 💯

The location was convenient, the units were clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Plus, the rental terms were flexible and competitively priced. Highly recommend!

After a very frustrating experience at another location, Bill at the iStorage at 23014 Franz Rd saved the day. After explaining the situation, Bill quickly showed me what he had available and got me set up. Bill is EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. I would strongly recommend working with Bill at this location. Additionally, the facility was clean and I felt very comfortable storing my belongings there. The Area Manager also called and promptly addressed the negative experience at the other location. Big thanks to both of these guys!

Very easy to book on line. When I called with a question I talked to someone that was very friendly and helpful.

So far, so good. Very friendly and helpful staff. My only issue is the expense. $316 a month is a bit expensive.

Front office and storage units are kept clean and cool for the temperature controlled units. Wasn't aware that I had issue with auto credit card payment and they waived late fees. Thanks for acknowledging that I have always paid on time! Much appreciation!!!

Frank saved me money by educating me on what was best as far as renting a truck. His honesty may have costed a few dollars for his company but he has earned his company my future business and recommendation to all my close ones to come here for their moving and storage needs. Very close to my home, great service, easy access and great pricing! What else could you want. I really love the fact that I was able to do everything online and was emailed a code to get in my storage unit quickly . I received a welcome call from the manager and they provided a lock so that I could store my items safely.

We had no real problems during the time my items were stored at this facility. I will say that when I went to move my things out I noticed many mouse or rat droppings all over my items. It appears no measures were taken to deter rodents coming in. With that big field next door it doesn't suprise me that pests could come in. All other facilities I have stayed at have always taken steps to deter rodents and bugs. This is the reason for only 3 stars. The building and facilities are nice otherwise.

I really do like the storage place, and the different personnel, but the book keeping of automatic payment has been off since the pandemic. The people you talk on the phone will be willing to help, but I actually had to go into the office and Ms Koomce was very nice, understanding and accommodating. I will see when next payment is due if my problem has been resolved.

Mr. Shelton Glenn was very knowledgable of products offered, unit sizes and locations. He was pleasant, patient and curtious and just a joy to lease from.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They go over and beyond to accommodate their customers! I highly recommend this place to store your belongings, the security is great with 24 hour security cameras and it is well lit at night.

Super friendly staff, and the office is nicely done, area is safe and secure. Will be using this facility in the future. I do suggest stopping by and checking it out, and while your there grab a drink and let the team help you with the moving process.

Since the place sold and the new owners came in everything has been honestly pretty good for me. Construction was tedious and long but the property definitely is better than before. My experience with the employees has been fantastic as they are knowledgeable and friendly despite constant construction. I look forward to keeping a few units with them since everyone is helpful and would recommend them to anyone that I come across looking for storage needs!
