They were able to get me set-up with a unit in and out in no time at all. I called around to multiple locations in the area and their pricing is very reasonable. The facility is nice with security cameras and gate access. Erin, one of the managers here, was one of the nicest and most helpful people you could find. The customer service experience was amazing and I highly recommend this place.

Facility is well maintained, staff is VERY helpful and definitely looking to help others but unfortunately they did not have a unit available that I was looking for. On the wait list waiting to see if the unit becomes available.

Set an appointment for a storage. Quick and easy online. Went in to get the storage unit and fill out paperwork. It was all fast and easy. Guy there was nice and friendly. Place is clean and very affordable.

I reserved a unit online, and got a discount for doing so, that's plus #1. The gentleman (Frank) working in the office was professional and helpful, go it done quickly.

Frank is a great person. He knows and understands how to deal with people. He is the type of person that i would certainly recommend to any business. If your company continues to hire people like him you'll be very successful. It's a pleasure to see a young man who knows how to run a operation in a professional manner.

I have been at this storage facility for 4 and half years. New management took over and have upgraded the property. Very friendly and helpful staff. I recommend talking with them and give them a try.

Had to rent a couple storage units super short notice and decided to give my business to Erika over the other places I went to in Katy. Place is really clean and I liked that the street it’s on isn’t as busy as other streets so it’s easier to get in and out of with a trailer. Another nice perk is it’s in Old Katy Police Jurisdiction and everyone knows the Old Katy Police don’t mess around so it’s a lot less likely someone will be trying to break into my units. Great place. Great customer service.

This facility is beautiful. All of the upgrades make storing here a pleasure. The new company knows what they are doing and make things easy. The manager Jenn is one of the nicest people I have met. I highly recommend checking the place out.
