All leases we offer are month-to-month. Whether you only need storage for a month or longer, there is no need to sign an additional lease to accommodate a greater need. Stay for as long as you will need storage without fear of lengthy commitments. While you are welcome to utilize your storage unit for less than a month, prepayment of one month is required and will not be prorated if your use is less than one month.

Access hours are when our customers can access their units and either load or unload them. Office hours are the hours our office is open for business. The lady that rented me the truck was very friendly but before I. came to location on Emmett F Lowry I visited the location on 501 Texas Avenue in La marque Crystal the attendant was not friendly at all the location internet was down and she came across not so friendly at all and the other two lady attendants was not friendly at all either

Easy, fast
The gentleman that works the front office and grounds is awesome I couldn't find my unit, first time using their facility, he walked with me right to it. There was little dust and grass debris inside my unit which is understandable I got an outside spot. But he even went to the extent of going to get the blower and getting all that out when he didn't need to. The entire property is very very clean, the access point to enter and exit is always clear no cars they have stopped for other people are blocking you from swinging your vehicle close to your unit to unload it back up to exit. This location is very responsive if you have to leave a message about an issue or have any questions they call you back first thing in the morning. I'm beyond impressed with this place.

Pretty self explanatory storage rules. Just make sure you have everything in order before trying to park a vehicle. Insured and title are a must. They cover all bases when you sign up.

Clean facility and hassle free
The lady at the office in Lamarque off FM 1765 was very rude. I also had complication with my phone trying to check in to puck up a truck was very unsuccessful. I had to call a 1800 was put on hold for an hr and a half. Then I was able to talk with someone on chat and was able to fix some problems I was having with my reservation that I was still unable to puck up. So hopefully today I am able to pick up a truck. Because I have to be out by today I was evicted because my apartments doesn't want to accept rental assistance. So I'm trying to get my stuff in storage even though I don't have nowherevto go.

Staff is courteous and helpful. I never had any issues for the 3 years I’ve been a customer. The facility is always clean and it is easily accessible.
The staff at Metro Self Storage were very helpful and responsive locally. I cannot say the same for the home office. They employ an answering service based in India and it was difficult to exchange simple information. As long as you can deal locally with the staff you will have a successful experience; and not so if you require further help.

Very reasonable priced. Had to jump through hoops to get a unit. I thought I was adopting a child or something. I was also being very rushed I don’t know. To me when I go into a business I want to feel more important than the clock on the wall. She knew I had to get everything she was asking me for and after the headache and getting it together it was like ok scoot scoot now. I gotta go. Being a store manager for over 13 years the customer service made me cringe. But I can say one good thing about her. She’ll never fail an audit and I’m sure the owner appreciates that.
