Great place and good location since day one, Heather the manager has been very helpful and does her job so professionally. Had the opportunity tu move to another storage closer to me but management was one of the points i didn’t leave this place for being so helpful and looking out the storage’s every day to make sure everything is how it should be

Glad to see the property manager, Heather, is back after being gone forever! She has been telling me since summer that changes were coming. She didn't lie! My family has two units; one inside and one outside. All the lights are working now and so much brighter. I tried to see her in office yesterday afternoon, but it was closed. I didn't know the office was getting a makeover too. What I could see from the front door it looks great. I highly recommend renting from here. Prices are good. Management is awesome! Heather keeps the property looking great; she is very friendly and knowledgeable about what is going on with her store.

Been here about a year. Always clean outside. Friendly staff and nice hours for in and out gate access. Only complaint is there has been 2 rate hikes in small time I've been here. First one was to be expected because I got in on a promo. But Last one was a complete suprise of $14 month starting the next month. Now I'm paying the same as I was paying at the facility I left from for lower prices and my unit is 1/2 the size of the one I left. Really can't win in the storage game.

It was great! Quick and painless.

I will admit I was annoyed at first because it was a weekday in the early afternoon but after lunch time so I rented the unit online because no one was currently in the office when I went but that ended up being no biggie because I was able to set up autopay that way. I had no issues getting into the gate or finding the unit. I was pleased to see that the unit was the perfect size and dimension for what I was needing. I was able to meet the property manager the following day and she is a very competent and professional.

Great customer service and they try their best to keep everything clean. Staff is great. Start off cheap but get super expensive after a while. If your looking for something temporary yes but long term get a indoor one or make sure you get a few things for the moisture. My stuff was super moldy.

Went in today to get some information on a storage building since my daughter stores at this location and them ladies in that office were down right amazing they had great personalities they worked well as a team and answered all my questions with a smile on their face I couldn’t have asked for better they even opened the door for an old feller like me. I’d give em 10 stars if I could

I have used this facility for 3 or 4 years. Since Iron Guard took over, and Daniel became the Manager, I have noticed maintence and repairs have auctually been taken care of. The communication skills are much better than the previous owners, and I feel like my belongings are safer now. The facility is monitored, by the Manager. And is in a respectable neighborhood. Lots of outside vehicle storage, and large side units with door access. I am very pleased with the new Management.

When my husband passed away, Larry Wright, the on site manager, helped me through a critical time. I had never used a storage site, and did not know what to do. He was truly more concerned about me, and my family's need than just trying to make a sell. It was so comforting to deal with a manager with true sympathy. The location was spotless and I felt very relieved to leave my memories in such a secure site. I recommend the LaPorte Self Storage to everyone, it's the best in the LaPorte-Deer Park-Pasadena area.
