Medium Self Storage Units range from 10x10 to 10x15 and offer versatile storage solutions. The 10x10 unit is ideal for fitting two bedrooms' worth of furnishings — such as nightstands, bedframes, mattresses, and dressers — and is roughly half the size of a one-car garage. For those needing more space, the 10x15 unit, which is about the size of a small one-car garage, can comfortably accommodate the contents of three bedrooms or a medium-sized apartment.
Large Self Storage Units can be available in 10x20, 10x25, and 10x30 sizes, catering to your bigger storage requirements. The 10x20 unit is the size of a standard one-car garage and is suitable for items from a small house or a multi-bedroom apartment, including a complete living room, kitchen, and furniture from two bedrooms. The 10x25 unit, similar to a larger one-car garage, offers enough space for a car or the furnishings of a medium-sized home, including bedroom sets, appliances, and living and dining room furniture. Yes, insurance is a requirement for any storage unit. If you have homeowners or renter's insurance, it may also extend to your storage unit. Please check your coverage with your agent to see whether storage coverage is included or can be added to your policy. If you do not have your insurance, we require SBOA Tenant Insurance for your items. It is recommended that customers utilize our plan even if they are using their homeowners or renter's policy, as it prevents your insurance premiums from going up in the event of a claim and pays out prior to insurance claims.
All leases we offer are month-to-month. Whether you only need storage for a month or longer, there is no need to sign an additional lease to accommodate a greater need. Stay for as long as you will need storage without fear of lengthy commitments. While you are welcome to utilize your storage unit for less than a month, prepayment of one month is required and will not be prorated if your use is less than one month.
A valid driver's license or Government-issued photo ID is required to rent a unit.

We offer many convenient ways to pay at our locations: automatic payments can be set up, credit card, and cash; online, in-person, and phone payments.
Access hours are when our customers can access their units and either load or unload them. Office hours are the hours our office is open for business. Things that you may need during office hours include rent payment – should you opt to pay in person – purchase of additional moving supplies, and transferring or vacating a unit.

I reserved my unit online, which was completely a seamless experience. When I got there the next day the storage unit was clean and ready to go. April had even left welcome paperwork in there. This was a better experience than a few years ago in another SecureCare location.

My friend and I only rented a unit about 10 days ago, and I get a call from the manager telling me she did a walk through and noticed there wasn't a lock on it and I was flabbergasted as I had watched my friend put a brand new lock on it, I told her I couldn't get out there until today and was really stressed about it and "CeeCee" said not to worry she would put one of their used locks on it, today she was so helpful showing me how to put the lock on properly, telling me anytime I need help she's happy to help me, I really appreciated her kindness and professionalism

Awesome been doing business with them for 3 years going on for never had a problem they give you plenty of time to pay great customer service they even give you a friendly call to remind you that your bill is due only issue I really had was with rats getting in the unit but if you ask them they will put rat poison in your unit for you

Both of the managers were great there the time I was there - I was there for a rental for 4 years. They were always friendly, professional and helpful when I had any issues at all. I would rent from them again in the future at this location. I liked the hours and the ease of getting in and out.

Through my disaster I needed a place to store all my belongings due to a smoke disaster , with a phone call away they were there to help me rent my storage I was able to move all of my stuff in there with no problem it was only a 20 minute processed I love the way their system worked it was a weekend and after hours with that phone call away they made a way for me, I give them 5-stars.
