The manager Javier was very helpful in providing in detail explanation of every different unit. We went with a 5x10 for the moment but he even gave us information on how to transfer into a bigger unit in case we need to go bigger. Overall, it was a great experience and we were out of the door in 20 mins!

I came to get information regarding cost and sizes on the storage unit. Rafa was really helpful and clarified any questions I had and explained the difference between the insurance they provided. I believe that the doors closing at 10 pm coming in and going out. Literally closes at 10 pm going out. You get locked in and no one answers to help. Was a first time renting a storage unit. Didn’t read the small line. No exit 😳. Panic for me. Luckily the fire department came to the rescue.😂😂 other then that very clean n professionally kept.

Very clean storage unit. I had a temperature control unit and left items there for a couple of years. Any time we went in to drop off stuff I never saw a bug. I emptied out the storage this week and I couldn't even tell the stuff had been in there that long. They were still clean and not a bug in site. Had storage for a year and no issues. Spoke with Enrique this morning and he was extremely helpful and friendly.

Front office Enrique was very welcoming and let me know ins and outs of the property. I felt very comfortable in dealing with him. Price is higher than others for an open lot to park an RV, but feel a little better that he's on his toes watching the property.

We moved from the greater Dallas area to McAllen which took us about 9 hours. Moving alone is very stressful in itself but with the logistics of having to pick up and drop off the truck, there's always a possibility that the person you have to work with at the location could not be very helpful. But! We got really lucky at this location because Enrique was very accommodating and went above and beyond to help us. He was not obligated to, but he brought out the dolly to help us unhook the heavy tow dolly we rented, which really helped us because after driving for 9 hours, our backs had almost given out to lift anything heavy. And with our having arrived just a few moments before he had to close, he kindly explained to us the steps that we would take to return it after hours even though I'm sure he knew that the directions were provided through the uhaul website. He did not just assume that we would know what to do but went beyond and took the time to make sure that we did not have any confusion. Not only that, we could just tell that he had the hunger to help others. People have a tendency to become lazy after working the same job but it was very refreshing to receive assistance from someone who had the willingness to give service, especially because he was the 1st person that we did business with after arriving in McAllen. Thank you Enrique!

Enrique is also bilingual, so asked me if English or Spanish to best assist me. Soon as I told them what I was looking for, they guided me with the unit I needed. Demon then took me to go see the unit, were even polite to ask if I wanted to take my vehicle or would gladly take me with the golf cart due to consideration with COVID-19. We used the storage unit for several months. The property is very very clean. The office is very clean and the proper percautions for Covid-19 are taken seriously. There were several times I went to the unit and I would see pest control and cleaning being done. Also a very secure storage unit. Enrique was very helpful from start to finish. When it came to needing an Uhaul he was knowledgable and tried all he could to make the most of our money. I definitely recommend this company and Enrique for you storage unit and your Uhaul needs!

Well, instructions were incomplete. When sending the passcode they miss to send that you have to dial * and # before and after the numbers respectively. And also how to open the storage unit. Press it down with the foot and then slide the metal slide and presto! Luckily, Julian, who was kind enough to interrupt his lunch for a few minutes on the location of Griffin Parkway in Mission, TX., was able to help with these issues. Other than that, place was clean and space was more than enough for what I needed.

Price is great. Appears to be a really good company - better than the company that we used in McAllen. We've had no issues with this place at all. They have great service and it's a very clean facility. I've been a customer since late November 2014 and found staff to be friendly and courteous. With their first class security monitoring I have peace of mind my belongings are safe. What attracted me to location were the fair prices and cleanliness.

I like it here. Always very friendly staff and very accommodating. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone who needs a safe and secure building for your personal belongings.

The staff here is always helpful. The facilities and grounds are clean and neat. A dolly is available inside the storage building for us to use moving things in and our from our unit. We've recommended the facility to others and will continue to do so.

Great service, quick, friendly customer service and would greatly recommend to family and friends

Definitely not happy about a 2nd rate increase, especially since my unit is an odd shaped corner unit. It does not have the complete 80 square feet I'm supposed to be paying for. Rubber seals on the bottom of doors need to be replaced as to much dust accumulates inside. I've had this unit for over 8yrs (before it was Move-It) and never had issues with rate increases or dust. However, the staff is always helpful and courteous.

No issues other than the rate increase recently. The storage door doesn't keep the dust out of the unit. However, and more importantly, it does keep the rain out. Overall very good. Staff is helpful too.

Affordable pricing - includes their unit insurances, clean buildings, courteous staff, and I feel safe visiting my unit alone. It has safety measures along the perimeter. I recommend to anyone!

I have been extremely pleased with this business. I have never experienced any problems with entering/exiting the premises and making online payments. The unit has remained clean and tidy and nothing has broken. Prices are fair compared to other businesses. I highly recommend this place!
