iStorage Self Storage Facility at 4037 FM359 in Richmond

I just rented a storage unit at the location on FM 359 in. Richmond, Texas. Buzz ( Property Manager) was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. The office spells great. The facility is well-maintained and clean. Prices for the units are very affordable. I recommend everyone to check this out before you put your storage somewhere else. I am completely satisfied and feel that my belongings are safe Thank you, Josie Trentacoste

So far everything has been great. The front office staff was incredibly helpful and professional and so is the corporate customer support. Facilities were clean and well maintained.

Buzz is the best! We've had two storage units here since April and anytime I need something or have a question he's always gone above and beyond. He even stayed past hours to help me with a moving truck. Highly recommend this placed based on Buzz alone. Excellent customer service!

Great place so far. I’m moving my things from Mission Texas to Richmond & the guy running the place allowed us to park the 26 ft moving truck overnight at the facility to avoid any HOA issues.

The property manager “Buzz” was super helpful with selecting what size u-haul to get. he asked very detailed questions to make sure i had the right size and let me see the insides of several trucks to ensure there was enough space. this was my first time ever renting a u-haul and he was very transparent about costs and explained the best way to pack up. Buzz even told me the most efficient ways to unpack my things into a storage unit. I’m thankful i went to Move It Storage and was treated with the kindness and understanding i needed during such a stressful time. THANK YOU BUZZ

Good storage , but the guy who stays there is never in the office when it clearly says hours on the door ..

Absolutely wonderfull been here before they changed ownership the price went up a little but I like the new better than the old you get what you pay for.

The manager here is knowledgeable about the business and the rental trucks and very helpful with what you need tp prepare things for moving and stotage. Very friendly and helpful person. Thank you Buzz!

Had to rent storage bc I just moved and the mgr was very nice and accommodating. He even threw me a bone by giving me a new lock with my unit.

This place used to be Action Storage, and just changed to Move It. We've had a couple or three units since 2000. They have both outside units and climate-controlled. We've had both. They also have RV and, I think boat storage. It's always been clean, and it never flooded during storms. They even sent out emails, letting us know their status during big storms, when many of us couldn't come check on our units because the roads were closed.

Even though they are not fully set up since they just acquired the spot, the fella there still hooked us up, quick and easy, and got us on our way with the equipment I needed. THANX, SAVED MY BACON.

I'm satisfied with the service I've received from Action Storage so far. Giving the fact that I came from out of state, picking the right location while figuring out the permanent settlement was a challenge. They've helped us with our stuff and still enjoying their service.

We have been renting a spot for our RV for 19 years and have never had a problem there. The office staff are so nice and very helpful. If there is a problem with anything they are quick to fix the problem. I would Recommend the storage place to anyone

Rented a truck to move and need extra storage. They made the process painless. Renting from them again when I move early next year. No issues with my unit and the service was very friendly.

I’ve been with Action Storage for a couple years. The staff has always been so nice. The grounds are monitored and spotless. It’s convenient to where I live. Keep up the great work. I wrote this post a while back. To this day, I’ve never had a problem. The staff is always willing to help and answer questions. Continue the great work! If you need a storage shed, this is the place for you. Check it out. You’ll be glad you did. I continue to appreciate the staff. Since my last review, I now have my original shed and now a covered stall for my travel trailer. I am very pleased with the support of everyone at Action Storage. Before you look elsewhere for a shed, check this out first. You won’t need to go anywhere else. All areas are covered by cameras.

I was also impressed that the keys and locks were provided! For each unit! I thought that was great! I am so happy we found this place!!

Super helpful and kind people! I rented a uhaul from them about a year ago and we just moved into our new storage unit here yesterday. I couldn't be happier with the price and location. The entire lot is super clean and well lit in the evenings. We will be referring our friends here for all their storage needs.

We have kept our belongings at this facility since August and have had 0 issues. All of our items are safe and the climate controlled option has assisted with that. We will continue to recommend people to use them.

I have used this storage unit for a couple of years and the employees have always been helpful and the whole facility is well-kept. I was pleased to know that this facility did not flood when the whole surrounding area flooded during Hurricane Harvey in 2017.

Great customer service well maintained facility

Absolutely excellent service. The customer service here at this location couldn't have gone better. Mr. Sanchez, who helped my partner and I with our Uhaul venture, was so sweet and understanding. We are new to the area and he helped us via phone, when we got lost and even helped arrange our UBER to get us to our new home. I would recommend Action Storage to everyone and I wouldn't even hesitate to use their services again.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Easy access location, clean environment. The price is cheaper compare to other storage around the area, longer business hours and access hours. More size option to choose which fit your need. Overall, it's a good storage, nothing to complaint about.

Clean place. Good storage area. Been there for over 8 years. Only thing I complain about is that over the past 4 years, they have increased my rent every year for the past 4 years. My rent has gone from 140 to 210 in the 4 years

We have had an inside storage unit at Action Storage for about 5 years and are very happy with the service. When we have gone through water rising scares, they have been so great at keeping us informed on the water levels and if we should be concerned about our items in the storage areas. And I really like that several times a year they offer a free shredding service.

Carol was a complete professional. I had an issue with the lock on my storage unit. She contacted her supervisor and had someone take care of the situation before the end of the day. I appreciate her proactiveness and professionalism. I will definitely recommend people to action storage.

The staff is always friendly and willing to accommodate any needs. We never had any issues at our storage unit and we loved the convenience of paying online. I highly recommend Action Storage! (On a personal note, my son is a Marine and I love that they are a drop off for Toys for Tots.)

I'm really late in posting this review, as we moved out in June of 2015. We rented a total of four spaces there for about a year +/-. During that time Lynn was always available and accommodating should we need anything. And from time to time, we did. Three units were climate controlled and one wasn't. Unlike another reviewer, we never saw signs of vermin or rodents in any of the units. Lynn's husband was also very helpful, especially when we were trying to vacate the units and get a container loaded. Nice people and always going the extra mile for the customer. Just started renting with Action Storage because it is close to our new house being built and have to say I'm very impressed thus far. Very clean storage units and very accessible. Also very nice staff to work with! I'm hoping to be a customer for a while :)

I have used this facility for a few years and never once had any problems. Never a break-in (knock on wood) and never had any access problems. Highly recommend this facility for your storage needs!!
