Adam .. Has gone above and beyond to help with the break in to our storage unit, called us immediately and then helped me recover boxes we found on the other side of the gate all empty of course but he did help me and with the disposal of the boxes my unit was completely ransacked, but gave me all the info to properly file my claim and if I had any questions to let him plus offered a different unit ... Very appreciative of his patience and support some of the items taken were Xmas gifts.. I have been using IStorage for close to 3 years... So it's disappointing that people think they can just take things that others have worked hard to have the things that they want and for someone else to just take it.. I had a special request that Liz Holden helped me on the phone with. I then was able to rent my unit with her the next day also. She went above and beyond to make sure we got a space perfect for our needs.

The process was so easy and fast! The manager was so nice and helpful. She took me to see the unit to make sure all my items fit before paying for it. She guided me on all the paper work and security measures. Great customer service.

Amanda, the manager is very friendly and efficient. I asked her to fix something in my space and I expected it to be fixed months later but she proved me wrong. It was addressed the very next day and she gave me a courtesy call to let me know. The place is very tidy and the manager is very capable and professional.

I am very content of making a choose to storage with Istorage. Amanda the Manager at this location Gen McMullen had the best Customer Service I hadn't had in awhile she explained prices and Regulations which I agreed and that she will try her best to walk the premises for our safety in protection of our storage. I looked them up on the internet and picked the storage space I needed, reserved it, paid it, & I was able to move in immediately. I recommend this place to others.
