I lost my key to my storage unit. I went to the office and spoke with Bea. She was very kind and understood my dilemma. She took the time to give me options to getting the lock removed as the person trained to do it was not available. She was very kind and provided excellent customer service.

Great Customer Service and getting things done quickly and efficiently with no hassle are the most important things I look for when doing business. Mike went above and beyond and made sure I was able to get everything I need for the no contact lease. I was able to rent a unit for the time I needed and when I was done, was able to get my belongings out and the closing was quick as well. I really do appreciate people like Mike who pay attention to detail and have the best customer service. Sometimes it’s the people who make the company and not the product they are providing and in this instance, it’s the people.

I’m not one to leave reviews very often, but occasionally a business and its employees are are so above the industry standard that recognition should be given. I would be happy to just have a safe, clean, affordable storage unit. It is that. Everything works as it should. What sets them apart is Mike. He is always a happy face willing to beyond robotic small talk. It really is like talking to an old friend. He is attentive and responsive. Going the extra mile is natural for Mike, never forced.

I had a great experience! After having a rough day, Mike at the Callaghan location went above and beyond to help find what I was looking for. He maintains that facility really well and takes care of his customers like they were his own family.

Great storage place will recommend others if they need a storage. I gave it 5 stars cause it's very clean and easy access and roomy for vehicles that are entering more than one other storage are crowded. And they have cameras everywhere to protect your values. And the employee (she) is very nice and polite a lot of other storages have rude employees. So if your currently looking for a storage to put you things and values at where there going to be safe and protected this is the storage you want to rent at !

Storage Depot is a great place to store your belongings, and we have done so for years! But what makes this place even better, is the staff! Ruben in particular, has always been our go to guy for anything and everything! He always goes out of his way to make sure we're happy! He's always keeping busy in the office, outside showing units to other potential clients and keeping the facility nice and clean. He has also helped me load and unload when no one else was there to help me and I respect that! Prices are fair and they also have wide variety of storage units to choose from and also offer military discounts.

Great storage facility! Ruben is always around and its noticeable when hes not working. Hours are amazing and facility is always spotless.
