Rented a unit to place all of our belongings in after our house flooded. We were very nervous about everything we owned being stored but we never had any issues and felt that they kept the facility secure and our stuff was safe there. Property Manager Domnique is great, I have rented several storage units the past 4 or 5 years and have dealt with many people, to me it is as if they hate their job. Dominique on the other hand was cheerful, bright, helpful and friendly, she seems to love her job and goes that extra mile to satisfy her customers, because of her great attitude I am grateful that I found this location to rent space from.

Sorry..I should have given 5 stars, but I had problems in the past that were never really resolved..I certainly haven't had any issues in the past year or so..so things have definitely gotten better..I'm just going by what was..not that it's the same so..I could honestly give 5 stars now..

I found the iStorage over a year ago when returning a U-Haul from another location. Dominique was so sweet and professional! I initially got one unit but after several months of back and forth and my constant excellent customer service and always a smile on the staff’s faces, I decided to move some additional items and got a second unit. Came in to rent a 15’ Uhaul Box truck and Dominique was super helpful in fulfilling my reservation and making sure I was good to go for a move that was super unplanned and last minute but she made it possible so that I can get my 15’ right down the street at the bigger location without a problem. They’re are a good storing facility easy to work with. Nonetheless I recommend this location 10/10 for me!

I worked with Kelly. She was professional & personable. The units were clean & reasonable. I only had one issue. The 10 x 30 units, outside, did not have any light fixtures. This is going to create a challenge after dark.
