All leases we offer are month-to-month. Whether you only need storage for a month or longer, there is no need to sign an additional lease to accommodate a greater need. Stay for as long as you will need storage without fear of lengthy commitments. While you are welcome to utilize your storage unit for less than a month, prepayment of one month is required and will not be prorated if your use is less than one month.

Access hours are when our customers can access their units and either load or unload them. Office hours are the hours our office is open for business. Things that you may need during office hours include rent payment – should you opt to pay in person – purchase of additional moving supplies, and transferring or vacating a unit.

The initial review stands but what you don't know is I only posted this 2 months ago and got a notice that my rent for my unit would be raised $25.00. I have only been there 2 months! Ya'll all know this is considered gouging and there is a lot of this going around. Well this place is no different. I would not advise anyone coming here. They bank on you not wanting to move your stuff again, so you will end up paying that high rental fee after just being there a very short time. I let people know because you deserve to be treated fairly and so do I. I called them about it and they attempted to pamper me by saying call back at the end of November so we can wave it off until January. Why not wait until at least 6 months before you raise my unit rental. This is scandalous and I do not recommend anyone to use this company if they are doing this. I've heard they have a hotline established now for companies that are gouging prices. If anyone can assist me the number, please provide it to me. It will be greatly appreciated or an agency I can report this to. They throw in that little statement where it says your rental fee can be subject to change and thinks that justifies unfair business practices, well it doesn't. Unsatisfied and upset.

I was moving from GA to TN and had picked iStorage but had not reserved a unit when I moved. This particular Saturday, no one was in the office, so I called the main number and was taken care of right away. When I pulled into the parking lot, I was exhausted and needed to go see where the unit was located inside the building. For some reason, I left the UHaul door open, keys in the ignition, door wide open and the on call attendant, Tonni, who was there on another issue, hunted me down in the huge building and gave me my keys!!! Now THAT'S customer service!

All of the storage building units are up to code nice clean area elevators used to get in and out of r good ,the only issue I had was with sound of the contract online, it was real pain with my phone .so I would do it on computer. If you didn't have one handy like I didn't make sure you go ahead and make a bookmark as soon as you get to it.because if you get out of that page you're starting all the way over even if you made your payment. Like I did there was no way to just get right back to it even if I did go back to the previous pages you have on the phone. Every third time I finally made a bookmark and if you have to leave the page during the contract you see a phone call coming in or something's. You will have to start initially inside and everything again still. Anyway just a little heads up everything else contactless just take my lock go to my locker and there I am

This facility is really nice and clean. Seems new or updated. We ended up having 3 units here as we had to move everything from our home before our new home was ready. They were very accommodating to get us units near each other. One small issue we had with our initial unit was that we were told the wrong unit number. When we came back the next day our stuff was gone and someone was putting stuff in the unit. Our lock had been cut and stuff moved to a different unit. We were really frustrated with the situation, but they replaced our lock and gave us the correct unit number. They said they would give us a discount on the first month's rent, but I honestly never checked. Otherwise, they have been great to work with.

The on-site rep was very helpful. The registration process took 1 1/2 hours and was not completed. The online process was tedious and I was told by the national customer service rep that I was not entitled to a free first months rent despite the website showing the benefit.
This location on Louetta was very clean and welcoming. When I walked into the office, Ellie was there and gave me her full attention. She didnt stare at her computer and act as if I wasnt there. The office was so clean and smelled really fresh which made me want to continue with processing my reservation. Ellie explained everything to me and was very nice and professional. The storage space, 10x15 is spacious with good height. I was able to fit a 4 piece living room set, 4 nightstands, 2 king size beds, 2 dressers, multiple totes, a adult basketball goal, and other things that came from my fully furnished 2x2 apartment. Still had room afterwards. So far so good. I'll update later if I my ratings change but it's good for now thanks to Ellie.
I am pleased that even though there was a problem I was made aware of it and it was taken care of, I have no complaints.

I have been renting storage facilities all iver the country for years due to business needs. However, I have never encountered a manager as professional, knowledgeable, or as courteous, as the one that is working your Louetta Road location in Spring Texas. I have been in there several times over the past week, and each time he remembers my name, greets me, and asks how I am doing. He truly cares about his customers on both a professional and personal level. Because if this, I have referred many other people to this location. It is rare to encounter people who really have a customer first attitude towards their clients. He is an asset go your company and to our community.

Autumn and Susan are an asset to the mini storage facility. These two ladies have been wonderful, they went out of their way to help me get the storage just right for my mothers needs. The pricing here is very reasonable. They have all the moving supplies you need in their office too. Oh yeah, when you rent a unit from them, you can use their own FREE TRUCK, just pay for the gas replacement. Thanks Ladies, you have been wonderful. I recommend this facility when you need storage.

Would give 5 stars if I was only rating the reservation experience with Alex. However, while on the phone with him on one occasion, I am certain I heard the manager of the facility. Her tone of voice sounded harsh and condescending. I would think as Alex was trying to negotiate with me she would have controlled herself. Sure hope if I have to interact with her in the future she will be professional and courteous.

Very clean units, (i was renting at another place and my stuff got damaged) But here it's clean and safe. The personnel is attentive and nice and they also have a free U-Haul to bring your stuff and always good specials.

I came to this location this past Saturday to pick up a U-Haul truck I booked online. In all honesty, one of the things I like the least about working with U-Haul is that you never really know who you're going to get when you go to pick up the truck - I've encountered people who seemed to have no idea who I was or that I had a reservation, people who didn't even have my truck on site, and people who are just downright rude. It's not usually an awesome experience. BUT...picking up this past Saturday was SUCH a pleasure! Susan helped us, and she was just so personable and friendly. She knew exactly who we were and why we were there, she had our truck ready with the keys in it, she processed our paperwork quickly and efficiently, and let us know about their storage unit special (which we decided to take advantage of). She was just a pleasure to work with. Now that I know that The Storage Place Louetta is such a clean facility with such friendly and organized staff, I'll make an effort to always pick up and drop off my UHaul trucks there from now on.

We have had our items at The Storage Place for 6 months now and are thoroughly satisfied. It is clean, well lit, and affordable. The staff is very courteous and accommodating. Would highly recommend The Storage Place.

Secondly, the storage facility manager Susan Luke has been the best and has gone above and beyond to assist my storage needs. She has made my move from your facility to the next a comforting transition, and has been the utmost professional and most courteous person Ive had the pleasure of meeting and working with. Extremely knowledgeable in management of such a large storage rental facility, and I would highly recommend her as the go to person if and when someone is seeking the "best" storage rental facility, in my opinion, in the surrounding area. The management at this property is spot on!!! Very professional and knowledgeable. This company has all the boxes you need to put your stuff in and even a Free Truck to use when you move in. Can't beat that!! When I was shown the storage unit I was going to rent, the hallways were very clean and we lighted. The unit was clean and ready for me. The manager even put my new lock on the unit and showed me how to make sure it was secured. They have alarms on every unit here and that makes me feel right, as well as the cameras going 24/7. Even the manager lives on the property. I know my stuff is secure here. If you need storage in the Spring area, this is THE STORAGE PLACE you want to use.

My experience with the Storage Place was absolutely fantastic. I have not a single complaint about this company. I've been doing business with them for the last two years and could not be happier. They're always professional and happy to help, the facility is well lit and secure, with multiple features in place to keep my mind at ease about my belongings being stored with them. I highly recommend them to anyone with storage needs, no matter if it's short or long term. If I am ever again in need of any kind of storage I will without a doubt be returning here!

Wendy is so sweet. So sweet. She helped us, played with my kid, and got everything settled when she was having issues with the uhaul system. If you need to get a uhaul, go here! Such great customer service.
